中國要求尼泊爾 監控西藏難民

一個國際人權團體指控中國對尼泊爾施壓，要求尼泊爾監控西藏難民。

總部設在美國紐約的人權團體「人權觀察」說，北京要求尼伯爾，透過拘押、暴力和電子儀器，限制西藏難民行動，禁止他們在尼泊爾舉行反中共示威。

大約兩萬西藏難民住在尼泊爾，過去他們經常舉行反中共示威遊行，但近年來在北京施壓下，尼泊爾警方禁止他們在中國大使館前遊行示威。
