中東冠狀病毒 駱駝直接傳人

沙烏地阿拉伯的阿布杜勒阿齊茲國王大學研究人員表示，他們找到直接證據可證明中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒，是由駱駝直接傳染給人類。

研究人員在「新英格蘭醫學期刊」發表的研究結果，是根據1名44歲的沙烏地死亡病患。這名男子飼養9隻駱駝，感染後於2013年11月病逝。

他的友人說，男子養的駱駝中有4隻生病流鼻水，死者把藥塞進1隻駱駝的鼻子治療，但7天後，這名男子就因為感染中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒病倒。

研究人員將生病駱駝身上採集到的病毒，與男子身上的病毒做基因序列比對，發現完全相符。

研究人員說：「這些數據顯示，這起死亡病例是因近距離接觸生病的駱駝，而感染中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒。」
