威朗製藥再加碼 愛力根仍不嫁

（中央社台北2014年6月10日電）彭博報導，愛力根公司（Allergan Inc. US-AGN）董事會回絕威朗製藥國際公司（Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc.US-VRX）加碼至540億美元左右的收購提案。

投資人艾克曼（Bill Ackman）說，威朗製藥收購價格過於低估。

總部位於加州爾灣（Irvine）的愛力根今天在新聞稿中表示，該公司已經回絕威朗製藥所提的每股72美元現金和威朗0.83股購併提案。總部位於魁北克拉瓦爾（Laval）的威朗製藥上月28日首次加碼收購價格，自457億美元，提高至494億美元。

愛力根執行長派亞特（David Pyott） 在新聞稿中表示，「威朗製藥加碼後的收購價格仍大幅低估愛力根。」「我們不認為威朗的收購提案，反映了愛力根的成長前景，也沒有提供足夠或特定的價值，讓愛力根和威朗得以討論。」（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
