辦到倒？餿油風暴首波重罰出招 正義及上游2廠罰1.1億

馬江政府宣示對劣質油黑心廠商將辦到倒、不手軟，首波重罰出爐，頂新旗下正義油品及上游廠商久豐、永成，一共被裁處1.1億元的罰鍰，其中久豐、永成停業半年，正義、頂新則無限期停業。

食藥署代理署長姜郁美今(14)日表示，高雄市衛生局昨(13)日因正義違反食品安全衛生管理法裁處5000萬元罰鍰；進口飼料用油偽稱可食用豬油銷往正義的久豐、永成，各遭嘉義縣裁處3000萬元罰鍰，並停業6個月處分。此外，正義、頂新無限期停業。

姜郁美還說，即日起，包括香港的豬油，越南的牛油、豬油，全面停止進口報關；其他國外進口的所有豬油產品必須採100%逐批抽驗，食用油品則加強抽驗比率由5%提高為20%至50%。

食藥署最新統計指出，目前正義69項問題豬油的下游產品，各縣市衛生局通報製成產品共258項；頂新54項問題豬油，截至目前通報製成產品共68項，自主下架已2.3公噸，今天午夜前是自主下架最後期限，再賣可罰最高5000萬。
