泰國總理盈拉濫權違憲罪名成立 須下台

泰國憲法法庭法官今（7）日下午裁定，泰國總理盈拉（Yingluck Shinawatra）涉嫌濫權調動國安會秘書長，濫權違憲罪名確立，必須下台。判決結果一出爐，泰國緊張情勢再度升高，盈拉的支持者揚言，已約有10萬名紅衫軍在東北等待，準備好前進曼谷示威，與反政府群眾相互對立。

泰國憲法法庭今天對總理盈拉濫權違憲案進行裁定，儘管盈拉6日抵達憲法法庭，為自己遭指控濫權辯護，但仍無力回天。法庭判定，盈拉因調動國安會秘書長職務，以便她的親戚當國家警察總長，屬利益衝突，濫權違憲的罪名成立，必須下台。

這意味著在經由選舉組成新內閣前，現任副總理將暫代總理職務。

法官也指出，內閣中涉及這項調職案的部長也面臨同樣的判決。

此一判決結果讓泰國緊張情勢再度升高，紅衫軍組織反獨裁聯合民主陣線（UDD）於判決前表明，他們已準備好隨時前進曼谷示威。反獨聯質疑，憲法法庭對盈拉判決進行的速度太快，反獨聯東北區領袖安廷（Anutin Tinnaraj）表示，這是反政府派精心策劃要選出民主黨黨主席艾比希（Abhisit Vejjajiva）提議的總理的陰謀。

反政府運動發言人阿堪納（Akanat Promphan）在接受法新社專訪時則表示，如果政府不接受判決結果，「那麼人民將出面作主，施壓要他們接受判決。」抗議群眾將不斷尋求改革泰國政治體制，並剷除盈拉所屬戴克辛家族的政治影響力。
