《產業》詹宏志：服貿未過，電子商務長期影響大

【時報-台北電】台灣網路暨電子商務產業發展協會理事長詹宏志今天在立法院表示，若服貿不通過，短期想要進入中國大陸建置網路平台的業者會有受損，但影響有限。不過，長期而言，兩岸之間的不對等將會持續跨大，要彌補也會有困難，因此長期影響會很大。
詹宏志說，從電子商務的角度看，服貿協議對台灣有益，因為中國開放的內容，多半已對其他國家完全開放，但還有一些內容，中國至今對其他國家從未開放，這部分對台灣有利。（新聞來源：中時即時 洪正吉）

【經濟日報╱編譯吳國卿／彭博資訊十六日電】
蘋果、AT&T、宏達電和其他十家智慧手機製造商與無線電信業者同意，將在明年起提供技術，讓用戶在遺失手機時，可遠端遙控刪除手機資料，並讓手機無法操作，對抗日益猖獗的手機盜竊犯罪。 美國無線協會（CTIA）15日發布聲明說，凡是明年7月15日之後製造的手機，廠商將提供用戶免費手機防竊技術。這項技術將讓手機在未獲得用戶許可下不得重新啟動，並在失主尋獲手機後得以恢復資料和手機運作。
在手機盜竊層出不窮的今天，美國會、警界與州檢察官不斷施壓手機與服務業者強化手機防盜功能。美國聯邦通訊委員會（FCC）估計，美國搶案中，超過三成與手機有關。
