蔡辦諷馬：治國不是靠辯論

馬英九總統拋出雙英辯論兩岸服貿協議，民進黨前主席蔡英文辦公室發言人洪耀福表示，「治國不是靠辯論」，馬英九不要忘了自己是總統，不是大學辯論社社長。

至於馬總統質疑，蔡英文曾主張兩岸協議可以不必送立院審查。洪耀福反問，大家都很懷疑，馬英九還在選舉嗎？人民急切希望監督條例盡快完成立法，正是因為對國民黨處理兩岸事務的黑箱作業極度不信任。

洪耀福指出，國民黨的說法，都是莫須有的指控，面對日漸複雜的兩岸事務，應當有更嚴謹的作為。馬英九現在是指鹿為馬，企圖模糊焦點、迴避民意；國民黨要老老實實面對民意，不要操弄政治、轉移焦點。

他表示，蔡英文擔任陸委會主委之前，國民黨主政下的兩岸事務是不受國會監督，當年民進黨政府在朝小野大的狀況下，走出了第一步，讓兩岸事務進入國會監督的時代。

洪耀福指出，現在兩岸交流越來越頻繁，對台灣人民影響更大更深，需要進一步強化國會在兩岸事務上的監督機制，這也是這次學運主要訴求之一，更是國人所共同支持的議題。

昔分期買義肢 今贈匾拜樹頭

「右腿的義肢，當年還是分期付款買的！」嘉義縣殘障自強協會前理事長林春廷，服役期間被砲彈炸斷右腿，生活陷入困頓，但他憑著毅力，在學校擔任工友期間學習養羊，如今已擁有自己的畜牧場。即將退休的林春廷昨天贈送匾額給東石鄉萬善同居廟，並將設宴23桌感謝塭港鄉親。

林春廷說「只要肯吃苦，不怕沒飯吃」，希望與年輕人分享他的打拚歷程。

今年53歲的林春廷，31年前在軍中服兵役時，右腿被砲彈炸斷，因少了1條腿，退伍後約有8年都是打零工為生，讓已婚的他承受很大經濟壓力。在退輔會的協助下，讓他進入東石鄉塭港國小擔任工友，不過，因要養育4個子女，生活困頓。

在屏東縣養羊的軍中同袍建議他不妨兼職養羊，多少減輕經濟壓力，林春廷當時抱著嘗試心理，在義竹鄉的老家買了20頭羊，每天上班前先餵飽羊群後再騎機車到塭港國小上班，沒想到，養羊最後竟改變了他一生。

林春廷說，雖然缺了1條腿，但從割草、餵食、清理環境，全部由他1個人包辦，家人見他辛苦，建議他裝義肢，因義肢得花數萬元，為了裝義肢還辦分期付款。

林春廷說，養羊期間，他多次向嘉義大學的教授請益飼養、育種、繁殖技術，後來在義竹開設畜牧場，飼養的羊隻已經達200多頭。

林春廷說，在他任職工友期間，塭港村民因知道他裝義肢，比別人更辛苦，非常照顧他，如果學校舉辦活動，都會主動幫他清掃校園環境。為表達他對村民的感激，林春廷昨天特地贈送匾額給塭港村信仰中心萬善同居廟，並決定設宴感謝鄉親。

標題[問題] 睫毛膏丟棄的時機?

最近從戴假睫毛突然又回到睫毛膏的模式 爬文後買了FASIO和KISS ME 混合使用 真的是又翹又濃 效果超好 如果沒說是睫毛膏朋友們還以為我仍是戴假睫毛 但這兩支睫毛膏使用了一陣子之後 分別有不同的情況讓我猶豫是否壽命都到了該換支新的 首先是FASIO的睫力全開 膏體看起來還算濕潤 捲翹的功能也沒變差 唯獨在塗上的睫毛時的量有日益變少的感覺 (好像沒有以前那麼容易附著在睫毛上的那種感覺) 再來是KISS ME的新超激濃密防水 濃密款 越使用膏體越黏稠 刷頭上都沾滿了睫毛膏 一定要先刮除一些才能塗 但塗上後睫毛都變得好粗一根 沒有纖細感 請問各位這兩支睫毛膏的情況是否都該丟棄了呢? 大家一支睫毛膏平均大概用多久?三個月過了就會丟嗎? 謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.164.99.173 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MakeUp/M.1397655458.A.CEE.html
