各位溫拿前輩晚上好，正逢換工作時機，幾經面試後 小魯目前有幸獲得三間的口頭或紙本offer，職缺都是品保工程師，都是住家裡(板橋) 公司 目前(欣興) 凌華 光寶 MOXA 地點 桃園 中和 中和 新店 工時 8:00~21:00 8:30~20:00 8:30~20:00 9:00~20:00(壓力大?) 薪水 NK*13+分紅 還未談 (N+8K)*14+分紅 還在談(聽說很不錯) 加班 加班費有管制 責任制? 責任制(需出差) 未知 福利 爛 普通 該有都有 很好 背景： 小弟中字輩統研所畢業，工作經驗4年，在外地工作久了想回台北發展， 目前凌華與光寶的職缺為DQA，MOXA是品質系統，個人覺得都是蠻有發展性的， 也都有興趣，爬過文，大家都對MOXA讚譽有加，讓我對MOXA很感興趣， 希望板上前輩能夠提供一點建議，感激不盡。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.95.253

比賽最後5秒，雙方差距38分，火箭後衛Isaiah Canaan持球，按照「潛規則」，球員理應準備握手，爵士John Lucas III卻將球抄走，還和火箭Francisco Garcia起了衝突。
「我不喜歡他們到了最後還在投三分球，根本是在炫耀。」Lucas說。
違反這條「潛規則」的狀況，在NBA並不是第一次，先前洛杉磯快艇Caron Butler就曾對多倫多暴龍Jonas Valanciunas「假握手真抄球」，不過那次大家都當笑話看，不像這次引發衝突。

中煤能源(01898.HK)公布2013年止年度，受煤價大跌影響，錄得收入823.16億人民幣(下同
中煤能源(01898.HK)公布2013年止年度，受煤價大跌影響，錄得收入823.16億人民幣(下同)，按年減少5.7%。純利倒退57%至38.05億元，每股盈利29分。末期息8.1分，去年同期派21分。
年內，毛利113.96億元，下跌34.1%；毛利率減少6個百分點至13.8%。其中，煤炭業務毛利97.79億元，毛利率14.2%，分別下跌37.1%及7.4個百分點。
展望2014年，煤炭市場供需總量寬鬆、結構性過剩的態勢還難以改變，但煤炭價格已處於歷史低位，繼續下跌空間有限。公司預計，今年國內煤價整體仍維持震盪走勢，將力爭全年原煤產量同比增長5%左右；努力保持營業收入穩定，力爭同比增長5%左右；自產商品煤單位銷售成本增幅控制在5%以內。(de/d)
