高公局長曾大仁 調鐵工局長

交通部人事大風吹，今天行政院核定，鐵工局周永暉調任台鐵局局長，遺缺由高速公路局長曾大仁調任，交通部主秘陳彥伯任國道新建工程局並代高速公路局長，預計4月7日交接。

因交通部政務次長陳純敬調內政部政務次長，遺缺由交通部常務次長陳建宇升任。據悉，公路總局局長吳盟分將升任交通部常務次長，而路政司司長林國顯將升任交通部主秘。

標題[詢問] 相片發布多張有辦法不合併嗎？

消費中心／台北報導

擁有破億用戶數的手機照相APP「Instagram」，也成為潮流指標追蹤媒介。來自荷蘭的新銳設計師Esther Meijer在15日便因「Instagram」的牽線，以前衛及獨特的強烈服裝設計風格，來台舉辦服裝發表會並結合快閃店，挑戰國人時尚神經。

畢業於荷蘭設計學校ArtEZ的設計師Esther Meijer，創作的概念靈感多來自年輕文化及次文化為主，以微笑、叉叉、和平標幟等簡單的圖形結合出品牌Nieuw Jurk花紋設計。風格包含嘻哈、90年代復古，並融合哥德式設計，創造出跳脫傳統世俗的束縛，達到多元穿著、及不分性別的可能。

相距近1萬公里的台北與阿姆斯特丹，在地緣關係上相差甚遠；卻因為Instagram上的照片，讓Esther Meijer發現，台灣也有著一群粉絲結合自己的設計服裝，融合出屬於亞洲時尚的獨特穿搭風格。使得她有意到台灣，與口中這些穿搭有特色的「Cool kids」首次見面。

品牌設計師領軍荷蘭雙胞胎帥哥DJ、邀請多位台灣時尚部落客參與走秀，挑戰台灣時尚界的流行底線，並在3月14日到17日於東區AMPM Studio舉辦Pop-up Shop，讓台灣體驗來自阿姆斯特丹的獨特前衛風格潮流。
