難團圓！婦家門前洗衣　遭貨車撞亡

在自己家門口洗衣服，竟然被貨車撞死，新北市一名陳姓婦人，22日下午趁天氣好，在家門口洗衣服，沒想到突然一輛貨車失控衝撞，婦人當場死亡，洗衣機也被撞到扭曲變形，年關將近，卻無法一家團圓，家屬接到噩耗都無法相信，70歲陳姓婦人平常都在廟裡當志工，和左鄰右舍也都相處融洽，如今卻發生悲劇，親人們都紅了眼眶。

洗衣機被撞飛，門口水泥洗手台也東倒西歪，沒想到在自家前洗衣服，竟然遇上死亡車禍。目擊者：「我轉頭，聽到碰一聲，跑去看她(死者)，已經倒在車底下。」

陳姓婦人被小貨車撞擊，當場死亡，警方調查，22日下午，林姓駕駛行經新北市板橋大觀路時，疑似路況不熟，先撞上水泥路緣，再擦撞對向護欄，最後失控衝向右邊民宅，直接撞上正在洗衣服的陳姓婦人。

死者兒子：「頭骨破裂，沒有辦法送急診，我們只好接受這個事實。」記者：「都要過年了。」死者兒子：「事情遇到了哪有辦法。」

記者：「發生這個事情的時候。」死者家屬：「馬上趕回來，不相信啊。」

年關將近，卻無法一家團圓，家屬忍不住紅了眼眶，70歲的陳姓婦人，丈夫過世後和小兒子住在一起，平常都會到附近宮廟當志工，熱心助人，和鄰居、家人都相處融洽，如今就快過年了，卻發生悲劇天人永隔，這個年對家屬來說，恐怕很難過。

民進黨謝批蘇 蔡英文看法令人好奇

民進黨前主席蔡英文今天下午到宜蘭三富農場參加宜蘭青年領袖營活動，由於昨天謝長廷批評蘇貞昌領導失敗，也沒有帶領民進黨在兩岸議題上脫離困境，蔡英文的看法意見格外令人好奇！

蔡英文一聽到媒體提問，長嘆了一聲，她表示謝長廷的說法應該也與黨內許多人想法一樣，大家都在思考布局2014、2016的選舉，這段時間，許多人有不同看法，謝長廷代表其中一種；民進黨是個民主政黨，面對大型選舉的關鍵時刻，黨應該好好思考如何往前走？

蔡英文提到，下一任黨主席將擔起重任，必須是多數黨員所支持，同時又能爭取最大社會認同，每位黨員都應該嚴肅面對這問題。

另外，蔡認為，謝長廷有自己的想法，大家都是以黨最大利益做考量，協調雖然可以讓黨內和諧團結面對挑戰，但是也必須充分考慮黨員想法與意識，同時符合社會整體對民進黨的期待。

「有人說，股市可透過價格或透過時間，進行整理，」Zor資本公司分析師方敏(Joe Fahmy)說。「如果沒有透過價格下跌進行整理，其實狹幅游走，消化去年的大幅漲幅，才更為健康。」

一如大多投資組合經理人，方敏亦預期今年股市的波動將會增加，並稱2013年的漲勢「亮麗但不正常」且缺少主要的回檔整理。

儘管今年主要指數少有變動，但類股的表現卻相差懸殊。醫藥股與公用事業股大幅上漲，電信股與消費類股則表現突然大幅落後。

「對會選股的投資人而言，較大的波動與類股表現不同，對選股最為有利，也才是投資人表現的時候，」方敏說。

他表示，在一個各類股均上漲而且大漲的股市裡，積極的投資人表現往往落後大盤指數。而在一個震盪平盤的股市裡，則有許多贏家與輸家，對積極的投資人--而非消極的投資人，較為有利。

「整體而言，我仍看漲長期股市，但今年波動增加，並無需意外，」方敏說。既然預期波動增加，本財報季，他選擇較新的成長股，尋找可能的機會。
