覆議案提出 立院一周內將開臨時會

行政院長江宜樺今天上午提出覆議案，依據憲法增修條文第三條第二項第二款規定，「行政院對於立法院決議之法律案、預算案、條約案，如認為有窒礙難行時，得經總統之核可，於該決議案送達行政院十日內，移請立法院覆議。」
行政院表示，政院是在上周四（16 日）收到地政士法修正案的公文，如打算提出覆議案，必須在1月25 日之前正式提出覆議案。而根據憲法增修條文規定，一旦政院提出覆議案，立法院在休會期間應於七日內自行集會，並於開議15日內作成決議。目前正值立院休會，因此必須召開臨時會處理。
行政院最近一次提出覆議案，是去年6月間，針對會計法第99條之一修正案，對地方民意機關特別費等的除罪化規定。當時立院也是召開臨時會，6月13日經表決，行政院覆議成功，會計法第99條之一回復未修法狀態。

江揆：不能為少數有心人方便 動搖實價登錄

| 江揆上午召開記者會，宣布對新修正的地政士法提出覆議案，以免衝擊房價實價登錄制度。

捍衛不動產實價登錄制度，行政院長江宜樺今早表示，將針對地政士法修正案提出覆議案，這是他任內第二度提出覆議案，上回是會計法修正。
他強調，房價高漲向為民怨之首，政府不能為了少數有心人士方便，而讓不動產實價登錄制度開始動搖，他呼籲不動產業者與政府機關為資訊真實透明化及實現居住正義共同努力，行政院近日將召開行政院院會通過地政士法第第51條之1的覆議案。
