現股當沖第 2天 量能續增

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年1月8日電）根據台灣證券交易所統計，現股當沖開放第 2個交易日，台股集中市場成交值新台幣971.82億元，較前 1個交易日續增1.13%。

證交所表示，目前投資人當沖交易總戶數20萬7036戶，1月7日進行當沖交易戶數有3119戶，占當沖交易總戶數1.51%。

根據券商申報資料顯示，台灣50及中型100成分股當日沖銷交易成交張數2萬1420張，當日沖銷交易買進成交金額8.45億元、占現款買進成交金額2.12%，當日沖銷交易賣出成交金額8.46億元、占現股賣出成交金額2.17%。

國道計程收費才上路，遠通電收收費系統因為扣款混亂，遭用路人罵翻。立法院今天朝野協商交通部今年度總預算，通過兩項有關遠通電收決議，未來民眾繳納遠通電收費用，若選擇由超商等非遠通服務據點代收，不需額外負擔5元手續費。

國道計程風波不斷，安裝eTag的用路人，除了在遠通電收服務中心繳費，不用繳交手續費外，在其他如便利商店等通路，均需繳交5元手續費。民進黨立委葉宜津指出，依據交通部與遠通電收的合約，規定遠通電收應廣設服務據點，但遠通電收並未廣設服務據點，而是將便利商店等通路導入。通路的手續費成本，應由遠通電收自行吸收，不得轉嫁給用路人，5元手續費轉嫁用路人的情況，應該立即停止，這項提案獲得朝野立委支持，協商時達成共識，待院會通過。

另外，對於未安裝eTag的用路人，必先有繳費通知，才能繳費，葉宜津發現，這筆寄發繳費通知的行政費用，不必由遠通支付，是由國道建設基金支出，遠通電收完全不用負擔任何帳務費用，葉宜津提案，交通部應立刻停止這項支出，由遠通自行吸收。

另有立委提案，如果遠通電收的服務據點沒有超過120處，就不得向用路人另外收取任何手續費。這項提案也獲朝野協商通過，送交院會處理。
