嘉義醃頭案／醃頭案再開庭　陳二哥控遭警方刑求害做噩夢

今年3月中旬，嘉義縣水上鄉一處宮廟男廁，發現一具遭醃製過的女性頭顱，檢警追查之後是女子身分為陳婉婷，她的二哥陳佳富涉有重嫌，將他逮捕羈押。嘉義地院去年7月底首度開庭時，陳佳富還故意裝傻，法官裁定進行精神鑑定。7日法院再度開庭，陳佳富指控警方曾對他刑求，甚至連在台大醫院進行精神鑑定時，也都做噩夢夢到自己被刑求。

陳佳富被檢警查出，他疑似為了詐領667萬的高額保險金，涉嫌殺害妹妹陳婉婷，事後將她分屍之後，將其頭顱放置在嘉義縣水上鄉一處宮廟的男廁內，之後被民眾發現。檢警追查之後，除了將他逮捕羈押，並認為他為了保險金，竟狠心殺害親妹，甚至還分屍滅跡，泯滅人性，向法院求處極刑。

去年7月31日31日嘉義地院首度開庭，陳佳富在法官身分確認後，竟然出現閉目搖頭、甚至還口吐白沫，檢察官怒批他「演技一流」，法官諭令還押。嘉義地院7日上午再召開準備庭，根據《中央社》報導，陳佳富向審判長表示，三重警方對他刑求，甚至在台大醫院進行精神鑑定時，還常做噩夢，夢見自己遭刑求。但由於精神鑑定報告尚未出爐，審判長諭知10日再審。

17歲高中生住家墜樓 無生命跡象

新北市三峽區學成路一處社區，一名住在社區六樓的蔡姓十七歲男學生，今天下午突然從住家墜落地面，警消獲報趕到現場時，他已經沒有生命跡象，立刻被送往恩主公醫院急救，少年究竟為何墜樓，趕到醫院的少年父母不願做任何說明，消防局也已通報社會局、衛生局、區公所及校安專線，警方將進一步調查墜樓原因。
