ETtoday – 地方中心／桃園報導 桃園一名蕭姓男子，長年在外從事駕駛工作，不常和妻子相處，和她早已形同陌路，沒有任何夫妻情分存在，兩人因此在十年前離婚。去年5月兩人為管教子女問題發生爭執時，前妻脫口而出「小孩又不是你的！」蕭男一聽又氣又驚提出否認子女告訴，法院最後裁定4名子女非他所生。 蕭男和前妻在民國82年結婚，並在81年、83年、86年、89年陸續產下4名子女。十年前兩人離婚後，蕭男仍非常關心子女，經常探視小孩，無奈他們不領情。後來，蕭男又提出希望子女能和他同住的要求，卻得不到正面回應。 蕭男因此和前妻發生爭執，前妻一氣之下脫口而出「小孩不是你的！」蕭男聽了氣得向法院提出告訴，法院審理期間，4名子女拒絕到庭，也拒絕配合親子血緣鑑定，法官認為4名子女放棄權益，因此採取蕭男主張，判決4名子女均非前妻自蕭男受胎所生之子。

紐約人壽 更名「元大人壽」

金管會去年底核准元大金併購紐約人壽一案後，元大金快馬加鞭處理後續事宜。昨（1）日召開董事會完成投資紐約人壽100%股權移轉，並決定將合併後的壽險公司，更名為「元大人壽」。
董事會也推選元大金總經理王正新，擔任新任元大人壽董事長，至於未來元大人壽總經理一職，將由現任紐約人壽總經理宮郁雯續任。
元大金發言人莊有德表示，依照合約須在三個月內完成更名程序，因此昨天董事會先通過修正公司章程部分條文，及變更公司名稱為元大人壽。下次董事會將陸續討論原紐約人壽搬到元大金的時間及後續增資計畫等。
莊有德指出，元大金已經空出兩層樓，準備讓元大人壽進駐。搬家時間希望在2月底前完成。
另外，為讓元大人壽資本適足率（RBC），提高到250%到300%之間，莊有德表示，元大人壽會有20億元的增資計畫，詳細時間也要留待後續的董事會討論。
元大金表示，紐約人壽更名並加入後，元大金控證券、銀行、壽險三大支柱的布局已經完成，未來將積極整合資源，擴展金控綜效。

Samsung 採用金屬機身的新旗艦 GALAXY F 或許會與 GALAXY S 5 一樣在 2014 年 3 月發表。
消息指出，Samsung GALAXY S 5 將會有金屬版本，型號為 GALAXY F，並可能會與 GALAXY S 5 同步在 2014 年 3 月發表。
目前無法確定 Samsung GALAXY F 是否會採用與 GALAXY S 5 相同，或是更高階的規格配置，但可以確定的是，它將會是近期最高階的旗艦機種。
據悉 Samsung GALAXY S 5 可能會採用 Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 或 800 / 64 位元 Exynos 處理器雙版本、3GB RAM，搭配 1,600 萬畫素相機與 Android 4.4 KitKat 作業系統；若有相關訊息，VR-Zone 會為大家持續關注。
