洛城花車同志婚 費城遊行競豔

洛杉磯玫瑰花車大遊行（Tournament of Roses Parade）今年首度見到同志婚禮上演，美國最古老的民俗活動費城新年化妝遊行，也在同一時間分庭抗禮。

德州新聞網站khou的影片顯示，45歲的雷克勒（Danny Leclair）與42歲的魯茲（Aubrey Loots）站在愛滋病保健基金會（AIDS Healthcare Foundation）巨大的結婚蛋糕造型花車上，在元旦這天交換愛的誓詞。

兩人身穿深色西裝，由牧師主持證婚儀式，看到他們手牽手深情對望，觀眾不禁高聲歡呼。

數天前，聖地牙哥1名女性得知雷克勒與魯茲的計畫後，設立臉書（Facebook）頁面敦促杯葛125屆玫瑰花車遊行；不過，像是珍妮佛．艾德爾（JenniferAdair）與她女友這樣，在街旁佇立等待花車到來，為雷克勒與魯茲歡呼鼓舞的也不少。

艾德爾告訴「洛杉磯時報」（Los Angeles Times）：「我們是現代社會，所以接受吧，別管其他人做什麼。」

加州巴沙迪納市玫瑰花車遊行主辦單位表示，雷克勒與魯茲所在的這輛花車，代表今年的遊行主題「美夢成真」。

看著雷克勒與魯茲經過的佛格森（Kevin Ferguson）說，雖然有些人反對，但他全心支持。

同一時間，身著誇張裝束、濃妝艷抹的遊行隊伍，大剌剌地在費城街頭邁步前進。有一世紀歷史的費城新年化妝遊行（Mummers Parade）據信是美國最古老的民俗活動。

從活動的臉書頁面可以看到，今年有數千人穿著五顏六色的奇裝異服共襄盛舉。

最近在使用引表機時，發現紅色跟黃色墨水出不來，印出來的文件，只要有紅色的東西，全部都會花掉，已經試過噴嘴清潔跟打字頭矯正&清潔，請問該怎麼處理??...

剛剛不小心被照到了 剛剛用 google 街景才看到 加昌路右轉左楠路須走右轉專用道 招牌真的超級小 在晚上根本看不清 小汽車沒有走右轉專用道 在"紅燈但右轉指示燈有亮"的請況下 會收到多少的罰單? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.182.160.159

（中央社記者戴雅真台北2日電）台北市基隆河劍潭抽水站水池去年12月遭一家業者偷排廢水染紅，環保局採樣發現廢水超標16倍，重罰業者新台幣60萬元。

民眾去年12月底在劍潭抽水站前池發現大片污水，台北市環保局進行地毯式調查，追查上游污染源，發現偉瀚實業股份有限公司私接暗管非法排放廢水。

環保局今天公布偉瀚公司廢水採樣分析結果，發現廢水的化學需氧量為每公升1620毫克，超過放流水標準每公升100毫克的16倍多。

環保局說，「化學需氧量」是指水中可被化學氧化的有機物含量，一般工業廢水或含生物不易分解物質的廢水，常以化學需氧量來表示污染程度，考量偉瀚公司私接暗管排放紅色廢水，違規情節重大，環保局依水汙染防治法規定，處業者最高罰鍰60萬元。

環保局表示，後續會持續進廠深度查核，查核業者的製程設備、原物料、用水量、用水來源、用電量、用電來源、廢水流向等，後續將彙整相關資料，考量廠商應設置污染防治設備而未設置、應操作而未操作等所應支出的成本，依「行政罰法」規定，追討不法利得。1030102
