農糧署開鍘 再撤5糧商執照

農糧署繼撤銷泉順糧商登記證後，再撤五家糧商執照。農委會主委陳保基日前下令，三個月內徹查全台七二一九張糧商登記證，南區分署清查一周後，針對五家已六個月沒有營運事實、卻未依規定在歇業十五天內依法申報的糧商，依法註銷執照。

這五家包含瑞記碾米工廠、米圃食品企業股份有限公司、田褔國際貿易股份有限公司、成發碾米工廠及金鄉米實業股份有限公司；其中三家負責人與泉順負責人李東朝有親戚關係。瑞記在今年五月被查獲涉嫌盜賣一千六百噸公糧遭起訴，案件至今仍在審理。

寒冬送暖 南台中家扶缺經費

南台中家扶中心每年在歲末舉辦寒冬送暖活動，眼看活動即將開辦，捐款卻不如預期，南台中家扶中心今天籲請大家響應。

南台中家扶中心長期以來關懷台中市弱勢兒童及家庭，目前中心扶助將近1000戶弱勢家庭的1900多名兒童，每年歲末寒冬來臨之前，都會集結社會各界愛心與資源，讓這些家庭共享社會溫馨與關懷。

南台中家扶中心指出，可能景氣仍然低迷，雖然釋放出募款的需求訊息，但是響應捐款者卻寥寥無幾，眼看著再過不到10天，就要舉辦「寒冬送暖」活動，卻擔憂無法達成預期的目標。

南台中家扶中心預計募集新台幣100萬元，用來購買約2000件羽絨外套，提供給近千戶弱勢家庭的1900多名兒童，在寒冷的冬天可以禦寒。

南台中家扶中心主任洪健胤表示，目前募款大約只有達到50%左右，因此擔心原先中心期待購買外套，送給弱勢家庭禦寒的美意，可能會受到景氣不佳、募款困難的影響而無法達成。

洪健胤強調，他因此懇切拜託社會各界，踴躍伸出援手，秉持人飢己飢、人溺己溺的大愛精神，希望在社會大眾的協助與幫忙之下，讓這些弱勢家庭的家長和小朋友們，可以有溫暖的禦寒羽絨外套穿，讓他們感受到社會的愛心與溫暖，在這寒冷的冬天過一個溫馨的新年。
