為了日月光排汙稽查問題，行政院會也成「戰場」？行政院上午舉行院會，行政院長江宜樺今天提及工廠排汙查察問題，據轉述，江揆詢問其他閣員有無意見時，高雄市副市長李永得首先舉手發言，指環保署原來的說法很嗆，但後來的說法又變得比較和緩，態度不一；環保署副署長葉欣誠則不干示弱，指相關說法都有憑據。
