小弟最近在找工作 中原化學碩畢 沒有工作經驗 想要工作的地區 台北 新北 桃園 是有面試幾間 但都沒下文 怕是薪資開的不合理想請教一下 1.傳產 藥廠 化工廠 研發或製程 35K~40K 去過大園一家老牌藥廠開33K 2.食品檢驗 環境檢驗分析 研究員或檢驗工程師 30K~33K 據我了解有些會請學士 所以平均薪資略低 3.半科技業(像是生技或能源) 研發製程 37K~42K 4.科技業 製程 40K~45K 我不知道以上我的理解有沒有符合行情?? 談薪的時候我都開在上述範圍的中間值是否合適? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.10.99

志聯售陸廠 進補攻漲停

上市鋼鐵公司出現售廠與賣地風潮，志聯(2024)準備出售大陸東莞廠，新光鋼(2031)在明年預備出售新屋廠土地，志聯預估每股可獲利0.36元，股價在盤中衝上漲停價位。
志聯董事會通過要出售TAI UNION INC.股份，每股以1.39美元出售530萬5534股，總交易金額約738萬2000美元，預估獲利3800萬新台幣，每股盈餘貢獻0.36元。
此外，新光鋼也正進行觀音廠擴建工程，預計明年下半年完工後，將遷移目前在新屋廠的生產線至觀音廠，新屋廠4000坪土地會依當時的市場價格決定規劃出售或出租。
