美國邁阿密佩雷茲美術館4日開幕

歷經28個月整修重建，美國邁阿密美術館（Miami Art Museum）新館，邁阿密佩雷茲美術館（Perez Art Museum Miami）4日正式開幕營運。

拉丁裔地產開發商佩雷茲（Jeorge M. Perez）餽贈邁阿密美術館4000萬美元（約台幣12億元）現金及畫作，獲得該館命名權。佩雷茲顯然對美術館相當滿意，他說：「這是我這輩子第二滿足的事，僅次於我的家庭。」

立院初審 偷拍罰金增10倍

立院司委會今天初審通過「刑法」部分條文修正草案，將無故利用工具錄音、照相、錄影、以窺視、竊聽或記錄他人非公開活動及身體隱私部位的罰金，增加10倍，希望能落實保障隱私權。(程平報導)

隱私權受到憲法保障，但現今無故窺視、竊聽他人隱私的樣態多元，為落實保障隱私權，立法院司委會4號完成刑法部分條文修正案的初審程序，將無故利用工具，或是用錄音、照相、錄影、等方式，窺視、竊聽、或紀錄他人非公開的活動、談話、身體隱私部位處罰，在罰金部分增加10倍，最高可罰30萬元。會議主席民進黨立委吳宜臻表示，原本有委員認為用五官窺視、竊聽也該納入規範，但這次修法並沒有通過，因此在沒有利用工具的部分，還是回歸社會秩序維護法來處理。

另一方面，原本這次修法也要討論在「刑法」增列，針對妨害醫療人員執行醫療行為，要改成公訴罪，但由於日前衛環委員會已初審通過「醫療法」修正草案，納入此一概念，因此「刑法」就不再增訂。

緬甸總統訪菲律賓　提供救濟物資

緬甸總統「登盛」今天訪問菲律賓，還攜帶大批救濟物資，救濟海燕颱風災民。

「登盛」將對菲律賓進行為期三天訪問，他將跟菲國總統「艾奎諾三世」舉行會談，將簽署好幾個經貿協議，也將尋求菲律賓支持緬甸，主辦明年東協高峰會。

菲國外長「羅薩里奧」說，海燕颱風發生後，已經有60多個國家提供救濟物資給菲律賓，緬甸提供的援助，有10萬美元和7噸救濟物資。
