曾麗雲及邱曉彤今年一月十八日從香港入境，在台北市大安區用假名租屋，二月八日晚間逛士林夜市時，偷竊某店擺在騎樓的帽子；因認為房租太高，二月廿四日以假名到新北市淡水區租屋，並私自帶走原房東的電視、防潮棒，還將菸蒂、衛生紙等垃圾塞入馬桶及洗手槽，造成堵塞，屋內堆滿過期發霉食物。房東氣炸報警。

兩女最終被依偽造文書、侵占、竊盜等判罪，應執行徒刑五月及拘役四十天，均得易科罰金；檢察官並將兩人責付移民署宜蘭收容所收容。

宜蘭收容所副隊長簡聰洲表示，收容期間僅有曾女姊姊前來探望過一次，而曾女原有能力易科罰金結案返港，但因與邱女感情深厚，選擇一同服刑。
