ZIGExN 搶當日網路一哥

（中央社台北2013年11月26日電）總部位在東京的電子商務公司ZIGExN Co.昨天風光IPO（初次公開售股），股價上漲逾倍，ZIGExN執行長平尾丈（Joe Hirao）野心勃勃，計劃一舉超越隸屬日本網路富豪旗下的各家企業。

根據彭博報導，ZIGExN Co. (3679) 執行長平尾丈昨天在東京接受專訪時指出：「我們志在成為日本最大網路企業。」這意味著ZIGExN將凌駕隸屬孫正義（Masayoshi Son）旗下的雅虎日本公司（Yahoo JapanCorp. JP-4689）與三木谷浩史（Hiroshi Mikitani）旗下的樂天公司（Rakuten Inc. JP-4755）。

雅虎日本與樂天公司均是ZIGExN的客戶。ZIGExN控有13家網站，蒐集各項資訊，其中包括就業與公寓，以至於汽車與交友服務等。

31歲的平尾丈參與了隸屬孫正義旗下行動電話系統業者軟體銀行（Softbank JP-9984）開辦的管理與領導教育課程，同時還致力拓展海外版圖，瞄準亞洲與非洲等新市場。

ZIGExN昨天在日本風光上市，終場狂飆158%，收在1550日圓，相較IPO發行價為600日圓，合計籌資51.3億日圓（5100萬美元）。

平尾丈表示，ZIGExN掛牌價本益比近60倍，歷經昨天的狂飆後，目前本益比來到213倍。雅虎日本的股價本益比近23倍，樂天達72倍，軟銀為19.7倍。

東京時間上午9點11分，ZIGExN股價漲1.1%，報1567日圓。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）

美國白宮發言人厄尼思特27日表示，中國與日本間的島嶼爭議應透過外交途徑解決。厄尼思特指出，「中國於周末宣布的政策屬無必要的刺激性作法。雙方這一類的歧見，不應以威脅或刺激性的語言來處理，而更應以外交途徑解決。」
