繼楊志遠之後， 蔡天浩就有漂白一點了， 本來以為演八點檔又要被魔化了， 沒想到謝子奇的角色好可愛欸! 有點傻氣的認真!!希望奇婷戀戲份多一點， 不要有什麼爛兄妹梗啦! 才第三級欸!!!不能就一直這樣清新下去嗎? 呵呵純粹感想，希望志同道合的人(有嗎?)一起討論和集氣!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.110.252

銀行拒絕往來 古巴關閉在美領事業務

根據英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，古巴26日宣布，因為美國沒有任何一家銀行願意提供服務給該國大使團，且遍尋不著任何金融機構來代替，因此將關閉在美國當地大部分的領事服務。

設於華盛頓的古巴照管利益辦事處指出，在今年7月份就已經收到M&T銀行的通知，該銀行終止了對外國使團的金融服務，由於古巴使團身分敏感，沒有其他銀行或金融單位願意為古巴提供服務，因此只能宣布關閉領事服務。

領事服務關閉後，未來包括辦理護照與簽證等事項，將只會在人道個案或是一些特殊狀況之下才會處理。此舉恐將影響眾多欲返古巴探親的民眾，據統計，每年都會有35萬古巴裔美國人會回古巴探親旅遊，而這些人都需要辦理入境簽證。

古巴照管利益辦事處在聲明中表示，儘管已經努力與美國國務院與數家銀行進行交涉，但還是沒辦法找到一家美國銀行或國際銀行的分行，來為古巴大使團提供銀行帳戶。

古巴大使團批評，這都歸咎於美國自1960年代甘迺迪總統就任以來，對於實施共產主義的古巴所進行的經濟制裁；但美國官員與銀行機構則是未做任何回應。
