蘇籲陳德銘 多聽台不同聲音

〔自由時報記者李欣芳、李宇欣／台北報導〕中國海協會會長陳德銘昨訪台，民進黨主席蘇貞昌表示，希望陳德銘不要只從經貿角度看台灣，如果張大眼睛看、用耳朵傾聽，光就服貿協議就有很多不同的聲音，這也是台灣可貴之處，希望陳德銘多傾聽。

對於民進黨與中國互動的問題，蘇貞昌說，民進黨與中國的互動和往來現在就開始做，民進黨不是只有與中共往來，也與廣大的中國人民往來，只要不設前提、框框，不是併吞，這樣的互動民進黨都非常樂意，雙方多一點對話、多一點互動，就會有多一點的了解。

蘇貞昌昨晚赴東吳大學演講「下一步怎麼走」，他受訪說，希望陳德銘來到台灣，能深刻了解台灣社會的多元、深刻知道民主的價值，明白感受到台灣民間的聲音。

被詢及有人擔心陳德銘來台施壓服貿協議？蘇貞昌說，他如果施壓，對執政的馬政府有什麼影響，民進黨一定會善盡監督的職責。

立委：陳「視察」姿態明顯

台聯立委許忠信昨天則召開記者會質疑，陳德銘這次參觀我國重要港口與自由經濟示範區，選擇參訪「這個尚未成形的區域」，目的令人質疑，他認為陳德銘根本不是來經貿交流，「視察」姿態明顯，且馬政府近日頻拋出自經區內容，形成國民黨與共產黨跨海唱和、互相賣台。

許忠信說，根據馬政府透露出的自由經濟示範區規劃，包含中資投資製造業及農業比照外資、中資投資服務業享ＷＴＯ待遇、中國籍專業人士與外籍專業人士一視同仁，這已經「超過兩岸服務貿易協議的開放幅度」。

經建會部門計畫處副處長吳明蕙解釋，劃設自經區是加入全球經濟體系的準備工作，並非只針對中資，且開放中資與外資一視同仁，無論投資項目開放或投資金額的比率，都將審核及限制。

寂靜的說法對以前的電池是正確 對現在的電池是最傷的

以前的電池有記憶效應所以第一次要充滿12小時完全活化電芯才能達到最高效果 之後電量都在10%以下衝到90~100% 但是除了第一次充以外都不要過充

智慧型手機的電池沒有記憶效應 如果用上面那種方法反而最傷電池 必須想充就充 別讓他電量太低 過充一樣不好 基本上關機用旅充充電或是用座充去充是最好的

ps:千萬別一邊用旅充充電異邊用手機 對手機電池  手機本身都超傷 而且之前好像有人因為一邊用旅充充電一邊玩手機瞬間變焦炭(這件事是朋友之前說的 我不確定真實性)
