東海紛爭升高 中日互召大使抗議

中國大陸駐日大使程永華25日在東京表示，儘管日本政府抗議，中方不會撤回劃設東海防空識別區的做法。

中共劃設東海防空識別區引起日本抗議、美國關切。中共外交部長助理鄭澤光昨天召見日本駐北京大使木寺昌人，就日方指責中國劃設防空識別區，提出嚴正抗議。
中共外交部發言人秦剛昨天也在例行記者會上對美國喊話稱，釣魚台的緊張局勢完全是日方錯誤行徑造成的，在釣魚台的主權問題上，美方應切實兌現承諾，不選邊站，不再發表不當言論；中方已向美方提出嚴正交涉，要求美方立即糾正錯誤，停止對中方說三道四。
「釣島緊張情勢 日方造成的」
中共外交部部長助理鄭澤光指出，中國政府劃設東海防空識別區，是為了捍衛中國國家主權和領土領空安全，維護東海上空飛行秩序，符合國際法和國際慣例。
他說，一九五○年代以來，包括日本在內的廿多個國家先後設立了防空識別區；釣魚台及其附屬島嶼自古以來就是中國固有領土，中國東海防空識別區覆蓋這一區域理所當然。日本方面無權對中方這一符合國際法的正當行動說三道四、蓄意攻擊。
鄭澤光表示，中方敦促日方立即糾正錯誤，停止對中方進行無端指責，停止製造摩擦、損害地區穩定的言行，以免進一步損害中日關係。
大陸國防部昨也強硬重申，盼美方切實尊重中國的國家安全，停止對劃設識別區的正當行為說三道四，為亞太地區和平穩定做出實實在在的努力。
陸國防部還強調，近年日方頻繁出動軍機跟蹤監視在東海上空正常訓練、巡邏的中方飛機，極易引發安全事故和意外事件；中方強烈要求日方停止一切損害中國領土主權的行為，停止發表誤導國際輿論、製造地區緊張氣氛的不負責任言論。
