中央氣象局預報，今天西半部多雲到晴，東半部和山區有機會出現短暫雨，沿海留意易有8至9級強風。

氣象局表示，今天持續受東北風影響，水氣有機會比昨天少，東半部地區仍有短暫雨，西半部平地則為多雲到晴，下雨的情形會比較侷限在山區。

氣象局提醒，中午過後，中南部山區還是要注意可能有較旺盛的對流雲系發展。

溫度方面，氣象局預報，各地低溫約在攝氏２０到２３度，北部及東半部白天高溫在２５到２９度左右，感覺稍涼；中南部陽光露臉，高溫３０度以上，日夜溫差較大，可達7度以上，建議出門帶件薄外套，以免著涼。

東北風持續偏強，台灣沿海空曠地區、蘭嶼、綠島及澎湖、金門、馬祖地區易有８至９級強陣風出現，沿海活動要特別注意。

美國國防部27日表示，十多名從西非伊波拉疫區準備返回美國的美軍，已被送往義大利一個美軍基地隔離，他們都沒有出現症狀。

美國軍方表示，這些美軍不准離開基地。基地內設有治療伊波拉病患的醫院。
