冬令進補，民眾的選擇可能要少一樣了。薑母鴨業者今天表示，老薑價格比去年漲了超過1倍，但短期內暫時不會漲價。

最近民眾到市場買菜，都發現老薑的價格一路上漲。喜歡料理的張先生說，老薑從過去1台斤新台幣60元至80元，漲價到每台斤120元左右，嫩薑則約要每台斤50、60元。

新北市農業局農牧經營管理科科長劉淑芬說，最近薑的產量的確比較少，因為剛好舊的薑用完了，新的薑又還沒有收成，正值青黃不接的時候，因此價格每公斤上看180元。

不過，劉淑芬說，這樣的狀況應該不會太久，等到新的一批薑種植出來後，老薑價格就會下跌。

薑母鴨業者江老闆說，去年老薑的進貨價格約為每台斤60元，但今年上看到每台斤120元，甚至到140、150元，已經逼近鴨肉的價格。

不過，江老闆說，老薑的價格上漲，薑母鴨暫時沒有漲價的打算，畢竟做生意「或許這樣不賺錢，但還可以靠別的品項賺回來」，也不會有少用老薑的打算。

張先生說，由於薑母鴨一定要用老薑才會好吃，因此民眾要冬令進補，在老薑價格居高不下的情況下，可以考慮改吃燒酒雞、蒜頭雞等其他補品。
