大林梔子天然黃色素 被食安炒熱

社區除了曾做成梔子藥膏，最近還做成純天然成份的黃色粉粿 (梔子花是黃色)。

嘉義縣大林鎮上林里早年栽種許多黃梔子外銷日本做消炎藥和染料，在沒落許多年後，黃梔子再度因天然食物色素受寵，上林社區也自行開發梔子做的消炎藥膏、梔子天然染色的粉粿大受歡迎，成為社區特色商品。
上林社區理事長曾水永說，早年上林里栽種很多梔子，因有商人收購賣到日本，因梔子除有消炎成份，原本就是中藥材，更是日本料理中醃黃蘿蔔等食材的染色劑，後來被化學色素取代，但社區還留下大片梔子。
近幾年來流行天然產品，梔子再度受重視，收購價格回升，上林社區也利用村落現成的大量梔子園，開發梔子成份的藥膏，可消炎、消腫，今年上半年外地社區前往參訪，狂買上林社區梔子藥膏。
最近上林還以梔子果實，做成純天然成份的黃色粉粿，曾水永說，市面上粉粿大多使用化學色素，食安問題連環爆讓民眾回歸自然食材，上林社區在各地展售會場推出的梔子粉粿大受歡迎。
除了梔子系列產品，上林社區發展的無毒鳳梨、無毒米，分別與有機行銷團體及南華大學合作，隨著銷售量增加，吸引愈來愈多農民加入栽種。

NBA新合約令詹姆斯2016年夏天薪資爆漲

NBA昨天公布與ESPN、TNT聯合公布，三方已經簽下未來九年240億美元電視轉播合約，新合約將從2016-17開始，至2024-25年球季為止，平均每年26.7億美元，是目前合約每年9.3億美元的三倍。
根據新版電視轉播合約，克里夫蘭騎士前鋒詹姆斯 (LeBronJames)在2016年夏天約滿成為自由球員，他有可能拿到頂薪3300萬美元的新合約。
