西班牙憲法法庭昨天下令加泰隆尼亞，暫停預定11月舉行的獨立公投，加泰隆尼亞分離主義者今天發動抗議。

加泰隆尼亞地區政府準備就憲法法庭的命令打法律戰，但法律專家表示，選項有限。

在中央政府要求憲法法庭宣告獨立公投違憲後，憲法法庭昨天暫時阻止舉行這項不具法律約束力的公投。加泰隆尼亞民族主義政府決定於11月9日舉行獨立公投。

法庭一致決定審理本案，使得獨立公投自動暫停，直到法官聽取論述並做出裁決。

一直推動獨立公投的壓力團體加泰隆尼亞國民會議（Catalan National Assembly, ANC）在回應時，呼籲支持者晚上7時齊聚各地市政廳外，抗議憲法法庭這項裁定。

加泰隆尼亞國民會議發表推文說：「今天我們將開始建立一個新國家，各位晚上7時齊聚市政廳外。時間到了，這仰賴大家。」

加泰隆尼亞自治區主席馬斯（Artur Mas）昨天在巴塞隆納與媒體談話，批評中央政府提訴後，憲法法庭開會數小時就做出裁定，是「超音速」。

馬斯說：「他們打破超音速，甚至不到1天就做出裁定。」

獨派誓言繼續準備公投，可預見未來數週，雙方對峙會非常緊張。
