標題[請益] 粉刺面膜敷多久？

我想請教一下, 關於粉刺面膜大家都敷多久呢? 我通常都不會計算時間, 但因為大家都說粉刺面膜這種都要全乾再拔才有效果, 所以我大概都要一個小時才會全乾, 上次我媽看到我這樣弄, 他說這種東西敷到太乾再拔很傷皮膚, 又一次我想說那就30~40分鐘就拔, 但是悲劇了, 根本沒有"拔"的感覺, 因為有些小部分還是濕濕的.... 真的好難拿捏啊@@ 而且真的全乾再拔我的臉都會乾到脫皮... 請問大家都敷多久呢?T_T -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.12.14.83 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1410923664.A.6D7.html

廢食油煉生質油 從內銷轉外銷

（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市2014年9月16日電）餿水油風暴引起國內重新重視廢食用油流向。由於廢食油所提煉的生質柴油不受台灣駕駛青睞，相關政策喊卡後，業者目前只好虧本將廢食油轉煉的生質柴油轉銷歐盟國家。

新北市府環保局今天清查廢食用油的流向，透過國內廢食用油處理大廠承德油脂公司，清查上游的廢油來源，逐一比對前端的環保公司收集的對象。

承德公司表示，去年全台資本額新台幣5000萬元以上的西式連鎖速食業的食用廢油，共有約7000噸，其中6000噸都是由他們回收製成生質柴油。

已在承德油脂服務30年的總經理王明瑞，今天接受中央社訪問時表示，每年從麥當勞、肯德基、摩斯漢堡等大型連鎖速食店，及透過中間商向全台小吃攤收取的廢食用油，每個月有1500公噸，多數製成生質柴油。

生質柴油是利用植物油或回收食用油等生質原料，經化學反應所生產出來的生物燃料。由脂肪酸烷基酯、脂肪酸甲基酯或長鏈單烷基酯組成。

政府為因應聯合國「氣候變化綱要公約」，配合國際趨勢減少溫室氣體排放，於民國93年起推動生質柴油。王明瑞說，10年前配合國家能源政策，推動生產生質柴油，提供台灣中油、台塑等，製成B2生質柴油（石化柴油摻配2%生質柴油）。

但經濟部能源局推動實施車用柴油全面添加生質柴油政策，屢遭駕駛人與運輸業抱怨會產生油泥、沉積物阻塞油管，造成無預警熄火。今年5月經濟部能源局暫停生質柴油政策，國內每年從廢棄食用油提煉生質柴油，供中油、台塑化摻添的新日化、高雄靖騰等廠商，面臨產品無路可銷窘境。

王明瑞說，生質柴油能有效減少二氧化碳排放量，但由於台灣目前生質柴油政策喊卡，「影響非常大」，只好尋找出路，以虧本價外銷到歐盟國家，「減碳都是減別人的，台灣還停在原地。」生質柴油攸關氣候變遷及溫室氣體減量，盼政府儘快開放使用。

為了因應這項變革，王明瑞說，承德公司還取得歐盟委員會認可的ISCC國際認證，用以證明生物質和生物能源的可持續性和減少溫室氣體排放。

承德已經在7月透過油輪，輸出荷蘭鹿特丹3000公噸的生質柴油，王明瑞說，9月還要再輸出3000公噸，除必須擁有產能，也要維持與歐盟貿易夥伴的關係，但韓國與歐盟簽定自由貿易協定（FTA），台灣輸出生質柴油面臨6.5%關稅，韓國是強力的競爭對手。

環保局公害稽查發言人孫忠偉下午表示，經比對承德上游4大廢油回收業者的回收數量，與承德進貨數大致相符，廢油並未流向食品業者。

對業者的轉出口，行政院環保署長魏國彥魏日前參訪承德油脂時指出，生質柴油政策只是暫停並未終止，未來也會站在環保立場，與能源局研議推動生質柴油普及化，讓廢食用油成為環保推手，而非食安禍首。

>19日即將開賣的iPhone6，到底有多搶手？蘋果公司在開放預購一天後，公布預購數量在24小時之內，就突破400萬支，比iPhone5整整多出了2倍，而這也讓蘋果的股價穩坐百元大關，蘋果迷迫不及待趕快拿到iPhone6，網路上卻流傳了一張照片，一名載著iPhone6從大陸飛往美國的貨機機長，在貨艙內和將近20萬支iPhone6合照，讓不少蘋果迷大喊好羨慕。>>

蘋果迷現在最期待的，就是等19日首批開賣，拿到熱騰騰的iPhone6，不過現在最讓蘋果迷羨慕的，恐怕就是他。照片上的這名機師，宣稱自己載著將近20萬台的iPhone6，從大陸飛往美國，還和飛機上的iPhone6合照，不過全都被帆布包著，還是看不到iPhone6實體的真面目。

網路影片：「每一天有至少20架飛機，載滿iPhone6和iPhone6 PLUS，從大陸飛往美國和其他世界各地。」

不過iPhone6的魅力到底有多夯，蘋果在開放預購一天之後宣布，預購數字已經突破400萬支，是iPhone5的2倍之多。

財經專家：「24小時之內有400萬的預購量，很驚人吧，對，非常不錯，從之前的例子看，在一年前，蘋果在iPhone5S和iPhone5C出來前，都沒有公布iPhone5的預購數量。」

破表的預購紀錄，讓蘋果股價穩守百元大關，不過iPhone6的行銷操作，也讓部分蘋果迷出現了不滿的聲音，蘋果在發表會上宣布回饋果粉，免費贈送愛爾蘭搖滾天團U2的新專輯，但沒想到卻反遭果迷抱怨，佔用了手機的大量空間，現在傳出蘋果付了一筆30億台幣的版權和活動費，用給U2以及所屬的唱片公司，懷疑iPhone6比過去的iPhone貴，就是把費用轉嫁到消費者身上。

蘋果現在還在官網上發布訊息，教大家如何從Android系統，順利轉到iOS系統，鼓勵安卓用戶跳槽，投入蘋果的懷抱。
