華隆自救會要求勞動部代位求償

華隆自救會上百位成員今天下午至勞動部抗議，要求勞動部代位求償，還給他們應得的退休金。
桃園地方法院上周拍賣華隆大園廠，拍賣所得共24.3億元，因現行勞基法規定，勞工的債權順位低於銀行抵押物權，因此，827名華隆勞工，只分得196萬元，每人平均僅能拿到2200元。
華隆自救會不滿現行的法規，要求勞動部代位求償，勞動部今天下午5點舉辦「協助華隆自救會離退勞工專案小組會議」，邀請學者專家、銀行團與華隆自救會5名成員討論後續可能作法。
「華隆自救會」上百位成員今天下午4點半聚集勞動部外，拉起抗議布條，要求勞動部盡快解決，透過代位求償爭取他們的退休金。

3陸女坐檯 求提審被駁回

「我們要見法官！」提審法新制7月上路，大陸俞姓姊妹及林姓女子等3人以觀光及探親名義抵台，上月12日在某小吃部坐檯陪酒，被嘉縣調查站及移民署專勤隊查獲，3人指稱到小吃部找親戚，法官傳老闆客人指證，戳破3人謊言，最近裁定駁回，成為嘉義提審法首例。
