請教大家 "以華碩員工6000人、紅利總額22億元計算，平均每個華碩人可以分得37萬元額外收入" 那麼為何 "7月底約可領到13.5萬紅利獎金" ?? 37萬的一半是13.5萬? 開獎後一頭霧水啊 另外如果去年底才進公司 分到多少算平均值呢? ※ 引述《werws (wer)》之銘言： : 華碩加碼分紅 平均37萬 : http://ppt.cc/OYhd : 【王郁倫╱台北報導】分紅有感！為大舉徵才、慰勞基層員工，華碩昨正式發放「年中紅 : 利」，董事會宣布放棄部分董監酬勞，提高員工分紅，加上績效獎金，今年華碩員工獎金 : 總金額加碼至22億元。由於處長職級以上主管自願放棄，紅利集中基層員工身上，平均華 : 碩人今年將領紅利37萬元，較去年增逾2成。 : 走出去年電腦產業重挫陰霾，華碩今年員工紅利發放大幅回升，原本規劃員工績效獎金及 : 員工分紅總額為20億元，昨宣布加碼至22億元，超過去年2成多，最特別的是，原本也可 : 分紅的高階主管處長級以上主動放棄，紅利將集中發給經理級以下主管及基層員工。 : 較去年增加逾2成 : 以華碩員工6000人、紅利總額22億元計算，平均每個華碩人可以分得37萬元額外收入，較 : 去年平均每人30萬元至少增加20%以上。據了解，華碩每年紅利分2次發放，一次是1月底 : 與1個月年終合併發放，第2次則在7月底，所以7月底約可領到13.5萬紅利獎金；華碩發言 : 人張偉明表示，主要是期望照顧中基層主管員工，善盡社會責任。 : 另外，董事會也宣布調整董監酬勞及員工紅利的提撥比例，董監酬勞由稅後純益的1%調降 : 為0.3%，同時員工紅利由稅後純益基礎的5%提升為5.7%。由於華碩董事會成員多為華碩高 : 階經理人擔任，已享受薪資及紅利等酬庸，華碩降低董監酬勞，改善外界觀感。 : 調薪幅度優於業界 : 華碩8月還將舉辦千人徵才活動，包括董事長施崇棠也親自下海拍徵才MV，日前也親自到 : 台大徵才博覽會向學弟妹喊話，主要就是希望在國際競賽中補足更多人力資產。 : 對於今年的調薪幅度，張偉明表示，應會優於業界平均，但將在固定與變動薪酬間取得平 : 衡。去年華碩平均調薪幅度約2~3%，執行長沈振來一度發信向員工喊話，期望共體時艱， : 分紅跟獎金也縮水，今年隨隨筆電產業回穩，ZenFone聲勢大好，下半年景氣轉趨樂觀， : 公司分紅手筆也比去年豪邁 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.238.175 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406691185.A.6DF.html
