278公分高米粉熊 現新竹南寮

新竹市南寮海邊竟出現北極熊？！定睛一看，原來是米粉做成的；林文炫用76.8公斤米粉，做出這隻高278公分的「米粉熊」。
新竹市南寮海邊的「夾腳脫市集」，今天出現一隻巨型「米粉熊」，吸引民眾紛紛圍觀、合照。創作者林文炫說，他與新竹米粉廠商合作，花了兩周時間製作出這一隻高278公分、體重76.8公斤的「熊」。
林文炫談創作動機表示，米粉是新竹在地產業，日前的新竹米粉改名風波，讓居民不滿，他以保育動物北極熊為本，做出Q版米粉熊，希望大家秉持保護稀有動物的精神，愛護新竹米粉。
贊助米粉的「明好米粉」老闆陳正吉說，米粉熊讓人眼睛為之一亮，希望藉由米粉熊這作品，讓更多人關注新竹米粉的未來。
「夾腳脫市集」發起人李妍慧說，米粉熊的創作，是文創結合傳統產業的成功案例，透過創意，活化傳統產業，讓新竹米粉能見度提升，對「新竹米粉」品牌知名度跟認同度很有幫助。
