台鐵進站號誌故障 影響千餘人

中央社 – （中央社記者汪淑芬台北20日電）今天清晨6時40分，台鐵台北站與松山站間的號誌發生故障，直到上午8時3分修復，台鐵估計約1050人受影響。
台鐵說，清晨台北站進站號誌故障，台北到松山間改西線單向通行。
台鐵統計，共有11列次列車延誤，總共延誤時間280分鐘，有一班電聯車延誤超過45分鐘，共影響1050人。
台鐵對號誌故障造成旅客不便表達歉意。1030720

謊稱低價買禮券 吸金2700萬

TVBS – 百貨貨公司優惠禮券竟然變成詐騙的工具，新竹一名馮姓小姐對外宣稱，能夠買到市價低於9折的禮券，吸引許多人向她購買，沒想到事後禮券拿不出來，馮小姐又再對外集資想要以錢滾錢，總共有71位民眾跳出來指控她詐欺，受騙金額將近2千7百萬元。 百貨公司大排長龍，週年慶一到，搶優惠也搶購物禮券，沒想到有人利用禮券騙人，新竹市一名馮小姐因為缺錢周轉，就對外聲稱能夠買到市價8到9折的禮券，吸引大民眾向她購買，但必須要先付錢，100年3月有24位民眾相信購買，但馮姓女子遲遲拿不出禮券來，又再繼續向外集資想要錢滾錢，直到101年5月一直拿不到禮券，這些人才知道已經受騙，氣得告她詐欺。 目前得知被騙的約有71人，但警方懷疑不只這些人受騙，因為女子供出的不法所得將近2千7百萬，相當驚人，案子進到法院，法官認為馮姓女子不腳踏實地生活，以虛偽折數代買禮券，犯後也不知悔改，最後判她7年6個月，事實上，市面上的百貨禮券最多就只有98折優惠，民眾不要誤信來路不明的優惠券，以免再度上當。
