宜蘭縣蘇澳冷泉文化節最受歡迎的就是「冷泉潑水嘉年華」，昨天中午展開潑水大戰，水柱加泡泡齊發，大、小朋友都濕透了，直呼「過癮」；20隻哈士奇犬也來湊熱鬧，宣導「以領養代替購買」的觀念。

「冷泉潑水嘉年華」在蘇澳火車站前廣場及中山路封街舉行，今年首次引進大型泡泡製作機展開「雪白清涼泡泡Party」，雪白泡泡在天空飛舞，相當有趣。小朋友拿著各種容器潑水，或拿著水槍掃射，蘇澳消防隊也支援水廂車，加壓消防水柱四射。
下午2時，熱鬧踩街，有學生扮成勇士，穿上香蕉葉製作的「勇士服」；還有20隻哈士奇犬組成「哈dog」及「海賊王」隊，扮成「魯夫」的隊長張鷹琳，全身都濕透了，不管是狗主人或哈士奇犬，都玩得很高興，張鷹琳說，他們的哈士奇犬都是領養而來，除帶小狗玩水消暑，也向遊客宣導「以領養代替購買」的觀念。
「好瘋狂！真好玩！」羅東陳小姐帶著孩子參加，沿路和商家相互噴水打水仗，氣氛很熱鬧，雖然淋成落湯雞，還是很過癮、很難忘，明年要再來。蘇澳鎮長林騰煌乘車帶領民眾踩街，被大家潑得全身濕透，還大喊「向前衝！」
