《電子零件》金像電Q4營運續攀高

【時報-台北電】金像電 （2368） 第4季營運有望超過第3季，上周五股價上漲0.8元、收15.8元，創近74個月新高，站在各均線上，短、中、長期均線同步上揚。近日成交放量至近4年最高，上周外資、投信均買超，投信買超最積極，但上周五外資、自營商站在賣方。

　　金像電積極開拓伺服器商機，與整頓蘇州廠效益顯現，第3季獲利季增370.96％，創近7年新高，一舉彌平上半年虧損，單季EPS為0.63元。第3季營收、毛利率也分創近27季、24季新高，也樂觀看待第4季營運，10月營收年增22.1％，略低於9月，仍創歷史次高。(新聞來源：工商時報─龍益雲)

國際原油價格近期跌至四年來的新低，大陸趁著油價下跌之際瘋狂掃貨，加強其石油儲備量。

路透日前發表題為《趁油價跌落之際中國狂掃貨，石油儲備遠超目標》的報導內容指出，據業內和諮詢機構調查的數據顯示，大陸目前擁有的石油儲備約為原油進口量的30天，遠超過官方計畫的15天。

中國石油旗下的貿易公司中國聯合石油公司，今年10月創紀錄的買進47船中東原油，相當於2,400萬桶。消息人士指出，其中約有一半會納入儲備，若油價繼續維持在低點，中國聯合石油可能再度出手。

英國《獨立報》此前指出，許多發展中國家正從油價下跌中獲益，大陸被認為是這波油價下跌的一大受惠國，許多大陸企業因為油價下滑讓而增加獲利。

美國線上雜誌《全球主義者》表示，大陸能把採購原油所省下來的錢用在其他領域推動國家相關建設。若油價繼續保持在每桶85美元（約新台幣2,647元）的均價，意味著大陸今後12個月的能源開銷可節省1,300億美元（約新台幣4兆元）。
