俄天然氣打折 烏克蘭：再降價

美聯社報導，俄羅斯總統普亭11日表示，俄羅斯願意根據「夥伴協議」對出口烏克蘭的天然氣提供折扣。俄國能源部長說，每1000立方公尺的天然氣優惠385美元。
