台北市長郝龍斌今天下午以國民黨副主席身份出席國民黨中常會，再度針對基本工資提出建言，並主張今年一定要召開基本工資審議委員會，將基本工資依據勞工實際生活需求調漲到至少2萬2639元或是時薪133元。

郝龍斌今天是第二度以國民黨副主席身份出席中常會，同時也是馬總統母喪後首度主持中常會，郝龍斌、朱立倫、胡志強三位新副主席首度與馬主席同台。

郝龍斌上次出席中常會已提出調漲基本工資的建言，這次再度發言，除了希望勞動部不要墨守成規，一定要消費者物價指數（ＣＰＩ）年增率累計達3%以上才召開基本工資審議委員會，也提出基本工資應調漲到至少2萬2639元或是時薪133元的具體建議。

民進黨台北市長黨內提名初選民調出爐，民進黨立委姚文智勝出，擊敗律師顧立雄及立委許添財，6月中旬與非民進黨籍的台大醫師柯文哲等人協調整合。姚文智記者會指出，對於民調結果感到驚訝，代表理性公共論述被市民接受。他邀柯文哲進行兩場至三場辯論，或座談形式的市政對話。

姚文智說，將在最短時間內拜會前副總統呂秀蓮與顧立雄、許添財等人。他與國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文民調非常接近，只要民調黨再團結起來，民進黨參選人民調不見得會輸柯文哲、不見得會輸連勝文。

姚文智支持許添財所提台北市應爭取2019年亞運主辦權的建議，希望台北市長郝龍斌應盡快跟教育部體育署協調，主張台北市接手主辦2019年亞運。台北市2017年辦完世大運，2019年接手亞運絕對沒問題，這件事不要等到選舉時才來談，應該即刻進行。
