中外製藥大漲15.54％，盤中更一度大漲21％，因彭博上周五報導，瑞士羅氏藥廠(Roche Holding AG)擬砸下約100億美元，收購日本中外製藥約40％的股權，使中外製藥成為羅氏持有100％股權的完全子公司。這項交易案可能已接近拍板。

「海盜」觀眾數比上映周創下了更高的紀錄。

17日，據電影振興委員會綜合網統計顯示，刮起了勢不可擋的口碑熱風，隨著時間的流逝，盛行速度越來越策馬加鞭的電影「海盜：奔向大海的山賊（以下簡稱‘海盜’）」，在光復節黃金連休的最後一天的當天上午，突破了400萬觀眾數。

這是在上映僅12天就取得的成績，比位居韓國電影盛行排名第4（最終票房記錄基準）的「光海，成為王的男人」（16天）提前了4天，從這一點來看，愈發值得關注。

特別是，「海盜」比起上映周，在上映第2周，反而受到了更多觀眾的喜愛，展現出了俘獲各年齡段的獨特笑點的真價。15日的51萬5070人，16日的 49萬2505人，比動員到了47萬9135人的觀眾，創下了上映周最高票房記錄的9日，吸引到了更多的觀眾。在上映進入第2周的情況下，掀起了更為強烈的口碑熱風。

與此同時，「海盜」的坐席佔有率15日為72.9%，16日為66.8%，這是今夏上映作中最高的數值。儘管每週都有競爭激烈的上映作湧現，但從黃金連休首日的光復節起，就堂堂突破了300萬觀眾，並在兩天都不到的連休最後一天，突破了400萬觀眾，牢牢佔據著坐席佔有率最強者位置的「海盜」的盛行勢頭，讓人拭目以待。

「海盜」的如此善戰，粉絲們也同樣非常開心，紛紛送上了熱烈的應援。某位粉絲還向到訪了首爾-京畿地區多家影院，向觀眾們表示了感謝的「海盜」的主演們，送上了精心準備的漫畫禮物。

和「海盜，火起來吧！」的文字一起，通過可愛的眼睛和圓圓的外形，表現出了電影中充滿了領袖魅力的角色形象的漫畫，讓人感受到了粉絲們對影片的喜愛。另外，「愉快、爽快、痛快，希望‘海盜：奔向大海的山賊’大發」的字樣，反映出了粉絲們的火爆熱氣，為「海盜」熱風加足了馬力。

此外，「海盜」目前正在韓國各大影院火熱上映中。

【時報記者任珮云台北報導】歐美在太陽能產業豎起的貿易壁壘，進一步衝擊台廠，台灣在太陽能產業布置的生態圈，恐被貿易壁壘擊潰！台廠太陽能股價一早跳水跌停，茂迪 (6244) 、國碩 (2406) 、昱晶 (3514) 、 碩禾 (3691) 、新日光 (3576) 、中美晶 (5483) 、綠能 (3519) 、昇陽科 (3561) 、達能 (3686) 及太極能 (4934) 等盤中均觸跌停。

歐盟近期決定針對大陸輸歐太陽能產品及協助大陸規避「限量限價」的「幫兇」展開反規避調查，大陸商務部透露歐盟這項調查是由Solarworld發起。而如台灣、日本及馬來西亞等均被列入清查範圍，據瞭解，一旦成案，臺灣或被處罰比大陸太陽能廠還高的稅率，恐遭課逾47%重稅。

歐盟、美國是全球太陽能主要市場，先前美國已對台灣太陽能電池業者祭出反傾銷重稅，若歐盟也跟進發起國際貿易制裁，對台廠堪稱雪上加霜，而台灣太陽能廠佈局因歐美雙反而被打亂，有意加速產能外移腳步，業者憂心一旦廠商出走海外，恐使得台灣太陽能業的「根」被拔除。

上周太陽能電池廠報價，台廠成交價最低來到0.32美元/watt，與中國業者報價落在同一區間，因此對於台廠而言，大多數都處於毛利虧損的狀態。

認列福聚巨虧 榮化再度跌停

（中央社台北2014年8月18日電）榮化因第 2季財報認列轉投資福聚太陽能公司巨額虧損達新台幣57至58億元，以致上半年每股淨損達9.2元，繼15日跌停後，今天早盤股價再度跳空跌停，來到13.55元。

榮化14日舉行重大訊息記者會，說明轉投資福聚太陽能公司第2季資產減損89億4962.6萬元，榮化依比例認列約57至58億元；榮化強調，將來太陽能產業景氣回升，認列資產減損仍有機會回沖。

統計榮化自8月1日重挫迄今，股價跌幅達45.8%，市值蒸發97.6億元。
