美國女子職業高爾夫巡迴賽（LPGA）次級巡迴賽Symetra Tour重回南加。Symetra Tour主辦單位今天宣布，沃維克錦標賽將於明年二月在南加州工業市舉行。

Symetra Tour是進軍LPGA的前哨戰，原名為LPGA未來巡迴賽，是有意進軍LPGA的職業球員以及業餘球員成長的舞台。球季結束後，凡獎金榜排名前10的選手，可取得隔年LPGA的參賽資格。

沃維克錦標賽（Volvik Championship）執行長費希（Sheryl Fish）今天在太平洋棕櫚樹度假村舉行記者會指出，從未來巡迴賽到Symetra Tour明年邁入第34年，包括路易斯（Stacy Lewis）、曾雅妮以及赫斯特（Vicky Hurst）等目前活躍LPGA的好手，都曾經歷未來巡迴賽的歷練。

從明年起，沃維克錦標賽由佛羅里達州改在南加州工業市的太平洋棕櫚樹高爾夫度假中心舉行。費希說，這個球場已重新翻修，2011年曾舉辦LPGA起亞菁英賽。

明年沃維克錦標賽2月24日揭幕，同時也從過去在Symetra Tour倒數第2場賽事，提前為開季的第2場，總獎金10萬美元，冠軍可獨得1萬5000美元。

高雄市環保局昨（11）日再到日月光廠區，發現多處可疑現象，現場開6萬元罰單。環保局長陳金德說，依時程「日月光K7廠遭勒令停工時間點，原則上是在12月21日或22日」。

日月光昨日表示，目前K7廠營運正常，至於同樣位於高雄的K11廠傳出有未經核准的設備，則感謝環保單位指正，但此與排放汙水無關。至於立委與環保單位提議停止日月光租稅優惠，並追回不法所得，日月光則不評論。

日月光強調，董事長張虔生已指示要全力配合相關單位進行改善措施，希望盡快達成溝通共識，並將懲處相關人員。

陳金德表示，昨天發現一些未經核准的設施，「強烈懷疑其用途」，今天會再進行全面性稽查。

陳金德指出，已依行政處分要求日月光勒令停工，日月光提出書面陳述說明的期間是10天，到期日為12月19日，環保局將在收到陳述說明書後立即審查，最多二個工作天即可裁定，由於本案事證相當明確，原則上日月光將在12月21日或22日勒令停工。

環保局官員表示，昨天稽查日月光發現K11廠有未經環保局核准設置的「備用槽」，該槽可利用管線未經依法設置累計型流量計排放進入後勁溪或納入汙水下水道系統內，與許可內容不符。

此外，K11廠現場發現有二處「最後中和池」，許可核准僅一槽，現場與許可核准登載不符。並有未經核准設置的海放管線。而K11電鍍汙泥貯存約4.4公噸，太空包未密封，違反廢清法等相關規定，依法告發6萬元。

日月光強酸廢水偷排後勁溪，高雄市政府開罰60萬元，遭外界質疑罰款金額太低，廠商可能罰不怕。台北市長郝龍斌11日下午表示，廠商明知故犯，本來就應採取比較嚴格的查察和處罰標準。

郝龍斌說，查察是地方政府應負起的責任，不定時抽查非常重要，尤其是針對有偷排、偷放前科的廠商。他進一步指出，最重要的還是廠商、業者要自律，尤其是重視企業形象的廠商，對於環境保護、永續經營，都應負起企業的社會責任。
