騰訊：台灣遊戲廠具研發優勢

（中央社記者羅秀文台北2013年12月5日電）2013遊戲開發者大會(GDC)台北峰會今天登場，對於台灣遊戲業的優勢，騰訊開放平台副總經理侯曉楠表示，台灣遊戲廠商具研發和創新優勢，但需要更了解大陸市場和用戶。

侯曉楠今天應邀在GDC台北峰會演講。談到兩岸遊戲業合作，他說，騰訊是開放的平台，非常希望有很好的內容和平台緊密合作，產生化學反應和新的價值，台灣遊戲業有很多很好的基礎，如何嫁接到大陸市場，可以深入探討。

侯曉楠說，台灣早期接收到很多歐美遊戲的資訊，在研發的技術和美術等方面具有優勢，但對大陸市場和用戶不夠了解。

他指出，開發遊戲的過程需要幾個月的時間和開發商持續溝通，與平台間的合作也需要磨合，建議台灣遊戲廠商在大陸設辦公室或團隊，提升和平台溝通的效率，讓產品更貼近市場。

隨著智慧型手機、平板電腦熱賣，近年行動裝置遊戲崛起。侯曉楠表示，行動裝置讓民眾的上網的時間增加，也帶動遊戲用戶成長。隨著行動裝置普及，他看好移動互聯網市場未來1、2年將大幅成長。

如題，已爬過文和精華區。 看過精華區之後大家對小高大頗為推薦， 但地點真的有點遠^"^，想問看看附近是否有？ 電腦的情況是螢幕會出現直線條的閃爍， 要重開機幾次才會正常，有時候還會突然暗掉， 呈現無訊號狀態。 敝人推測應該是顯卡要掛了orz 雖然電腦的年齡頗大(已有10年了(汗~)) 但目前還是希望能修則修 (拜託了^^) 個人維修或工作室都可，只要價格公道 嗯...我不是正妹 (大汗) -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人或我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.50.95

急診室毆醫 藝人黑支被求重刑

中國時報【鐘武達／彰化報導】

本名陳清達的電視劇演員「黑支」，5月間酒後陪母親到彰化基督教醫院急診室就醫，竟對醫師揮拳施暴，並辱罵護理人員，彰化地檢署4日依傷害等罪起訴，並認為他犯後態度惡劣、毫無悔意，建請法院從重量刑。

陳清達5月6日上午6點陪同病重的母親到彰基醫院掛急診，才進醫院，就大聲咆哮，還指揮醫護人員施救，醫護人員未聽從，他即爆「三字經」、「五字經」，辱罵蔡姓醫師及多名護士。

蔡姓醫師為病重的陳母進行插管治療時，手臂碰觸到站在施救動線上的陳清達，他心生不滿揮拳相向，造成蔡姓醫師頭部多處受傷，打人後，他繼續咆哮，還揚言「大家相堵會到」、「會讓你們好看！ 」

陳清達接受訊問時否認犯行，辯稱他是醫生推他，才揮拳打人。但檢方根據醫院監視器畫面及證人指證，認為他是一派胡言。

陳清達有肇逃等前科，目前還另涉妨害名譽、公共危險等罪遭偵辦中，檢方認為他在急診室暴力案迄今半年後，都未向醫護人員致歉，還自詡公共人物，利用自身影響力在臉書發文顛倒黑白，態度惡劣。檢方指出，醫院暴力事件頻傳，不宜以一般傷害罪視之，所以建請法院重判。

修正「公開發行股票公司股務處理準則」第十四條、第四十九條之二條文

為鼓勵國內新創事業的發展，推動採用「彈性面額股票制度」，金管會爰修正公開發行股票公司股務處理準則第14條、第49條之1，將於近期發布施行，修正重點說明如下：

一、參照公司法第156條第1項之規定，將第14條「股票每股金額均為新臺幣壹拾元」，修正為「公司發行之股份，每股金額應歸一律」。

二、配合前揭股務處理準則第14條之修正，及考量第一上市（櫃）、登錄興櫃外國企業股票，得為無面額或彈性面額，爰將同準則第49條之2第2項「第一上市（櫃）公司、興櫃公司發行股票之每股金額，得依註冊地國法令規定，不受第14條規定之限制」，修正為「第一上市(櫃)公司、興櫃公司發行之股份，每股金額得依註冊地國法令規定辦理」。

蘋果公司證實，已收購資料分析業者Topsy Labs，價碼據傳逾2億美元，將因此擁有掌握推特（Twitter）上新趨勢的新工具，料將協助改進自家廣告服務等功能，成為藉併購踏足社群網絡的最新舉動。

Topsy成立於2007年，是少數獲推特授權使用「資料源」的合作夥伴，能即時掌握與分析從2006年來所有被張貼在推特上的推文、連結和影像。

透過Topsy的搜尋引擎，能找出推特上某個詞彙出現的頻率、知名人士對特定話題的態度、評估某個活動或事件的曝光率及其引發的反應。

蘋果對Topsy的計畫仍不清楚。但分析師說，Topsy的分析能力能助蘋果許多服務一臂之力，包括iTunes商店、Siri語音助理、iAD行動廣告平台等。

Altimeter分析師艾特格林說，蘋果能利用Topsy的分析結果，向iTunes用戶推薦音樂、電影、電視節目等購買內容，「從洞察人們的興趣所在而受惠」。而且Topsy的工程師將把這類解析大量資料的技術帶進蘋果。

eMarketer首席分析師威廉森說，蘋果的合作業者也將因而得利，像是提供iTunes商店內容的媒體公司、iOS軟體的應用程式開發商、iAD上的廣告商等。

威廉森說：「所有業者都會對擁有這個能取得更多即時資訊的管道感到欣喜。蘋果現在有了新工具來幫助這些公司更好地運用蘋果的服務，成為更棒的行銷者。」

此外，蘋果原先已要求iPhone或iPad的Siri用戶提供推特帳號，且能直接搜尋推特、提供推文內容做為搜尋回應。Topsy可進一步改善服務，調整人工智能演算方式。
