亞洲匯市─數據不理想 打消QE提前退場預期 美元跌至一周低點

美國近期經濟數據不理想，打消聯準會提前退場的預期心理，亞洲匯市周三(27日)美元跌至一周低點。

計算美元兌換一籃子貨幣的美元指數一度跌至 80.599 點，為一周低點。美元兌日元報 101.27 元，自 6 個月高點 101.91 元下滑。

美國工商協進會周二公布，美國11月消費者信心指數下降至70.4，顯示美國人對工作及經濟前景的不安。

美國10年期長債殖利率跌至一周低點2.69%。聯準會利率基金期貨2015年收益增加，而 2015 年 12 月合約創新高，也顯示出市場預期聯準會將延長實施現行低利率。

然而不少交易員認為，由於周四感恩節假期即將到來，因此市場人氣低迷，因此只要一點不理想數據，都會影響投資人對量化寬鬆退場的預期。

RBS資深策略分析師 Greg Gibbs 認為，由於現行低利率影響，加上聯準會不斷強調將維持低利環境，因此美元並不是真正走升。

美國不少數據公布後，美元表現錯綜，最終仍需要一個表現極佳的數據才會推高美元，特別是兌換歐元的部分。

然而市場對於澳元則有一個清楚的操作方向，那就是反彈時賣出。澳洲央行官員已不只一次重申，澳元過將傷害經濟復甦。

澳元兌美元報 0.9125 元，一度低於 0.91 元，也是 9 月以來首次。

目前任何讓人失望的消息都會壓低澳元，然而對於非礦業的出口商可能是好消息。

有意角逐國民黨提名參選台北市長的立委丁守中，今天中午拜會北市議會國民黨團與黨籍議員，發放農民曆文宣，爭取支持。丁守中表示，不論未來是否還有其他參選人表態，或是中央有屬意的人選投入，自己都會參選到底。

對於外傳民意支持度高的連勝文也有意參選，丁守中表示，日前媒體公布的民調，柯文哲比連勝文高，但也有媒體民調表示丁比柯高，認為自己有勝出的信心。

宣布參選台北市長的中國國民黨籍立法委員丁守中今天表示，他相信黨內的公平初選機制，會參選到底，不會因為誰參選而退讓。

丁守中今天前往台北市議會國民黨黨團拜會，並送上馬年農民曆，象徵馬到成功。

丁守中表示，目前為止，國民黨表態參選的人當中，「我的民調最高」，一直維持在25%左右，並指出，選民如果認同他的政見，應該給他一次機會。

丁守中強調在立法院22年問政表現，提出「第一名立委，為您拚第一名市政」參選口號，全力衝刺拚初選。他說，相信國民黨內初選機制能落實民主，落實基層參與，他也宣誓參選底，「不會因為誰參選而退讓」。

被問到同樣宣布參選的立委蔡正元，丁守中回拒評論，僅說「我只和自己比，把自己的政績告訴民眾」。提到國民黨中央委員連勝文，丁守中則說，「他到現在沒說要參選」。至於民調支持度相當高的台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，丁守中說，他在某些民調中也不輸柯文哲。

丁守中最後碰上同樣宣布參加國民黨台北市長提名初選的議員秦慧珠，兩人還來了個「愛的抱抱」，互相勉勵一起加油。

立法院長王金平本周六將處理大哥王珠慶的告別式，諸事如麻，王金平原本要在明天出席總統茶敘，也決定請假不出席，目前看起來，在兩人官司下周三開庭前，都沒有在接觸見面的機會。

王金平今天南下處理大哥喪事，明天晚上將再度回到台北，帶著行動不便的妻子陳彩蓮回高雄，王金平說，這是家裡大事，他一定要和妻子一起參與。在馬王政爭之後，總統府發出邀請函，邀請五院院長到總統府茶敘，時間就定在明天下午，王金平原本回覆要出席茶敘，昨天下午決定喊卡，主要是回高雄處理家裡的事。

據了解，目前王金平都把官司的事情交給律師處理，他自己本人不對官司細節說明或回應，下周三黨籍確認的官司首度開庭，他也不會出席。

【大紀元2013年11月27日訊】（BBC駐北京記者馬騰）對於年屆50的劉華來說，遼寧馬三家勞教所裡的恐怖經歷至今仍然記憶猶新。過去七年裡，她因為抗訴自己在家鄉的土地被當地政府搶佔而被送到勞教所三次。

在最後一次勞教期間，劉女士做了一件異乎尋常的事。身為人母的她在勞教所裡，每天為中國軍隊做11個小時的軍大衣。當警衛不注意時，她便偷偷收藏大衣的襯裡用來寫日記。

在位於北京的小公寓，她在我面前的小桌子上展示了一張看似猶如拼接的棉被，但如果就近看，這其實是被縫貼在一起的為期兩年的日記。

這些醒目的文字讀起來就像是看酷刑手冊，其中，2011年9月13日的日記說，一個女犯被警衛用電棍擊打，她的臉都被打紫了。

像「動物」一樣勞教所裡私藏的秘密日記劉華劉華劉華把日記寫在一些布料的下腳料上，由獄友偷帶出去。為了躲避搜身，他們把日記捲起來藏在身上。

劉華還向我們展示了一個紅袋子，裡面有一根用來寫日記的藍色筆芯，她通常將紅袋子藏在腋下，警衛從未發現過。

當有獄友被釋放時，她便讓他們將記有日記的布片偷偷帶出，當她自己出去時再把它們收集起來，縫在一塊。

劉華於2010年在北京街頭被押走，當時她在街上抗議當地政府搶走了她的土地，她被送入勞教所前沒有經過審判，她也沒有犯任何罪。

劉華說，在監禁期間，她和勞教所裡400名婦女中的許多人都遭到警衛的毒打。她說警衛們對待她們就像奴隸一樣，共產黨的奴隸。

過去，輕罪犯、持不同政見者或抗議人士可以在不經審判的情況下由公安局判處最高達4年的勞動教養。

11月初，北京宣佈要廢除這遭到眾人深恨的勞教制度。

現在，劉華在竭力恢復正常生活，但是她忘不掉自己的經歷。 她說，勞教所裡，她們得到的是動物一樣的待遇，她們只是希望能夠被當作是人，有普通人應有的權利。

勞教所的關閉並沒有給劉華太多安慰，她曾經甚至絕望得試圖自殺。她總覺得不管有沒有勞教所，共產黨還會想辦法關押她。
