宏達電雙旗艦 銷售破百萬支

（中央社記者江明晏台北2013年11月27日電）宏達電 (2498) 中國區總裁暨北亞區總經理董俊良今天表示，新One、蝴蝶機、蝴蝶S這3款機在2013年的台灣市場，已銷售破百萬支，希望將成功經驗再帶入中階Desire市場。

宏達電今天與電信三雄聯手推出4款HTC Desire智慧機，包括HTC Desire 700 dual sim、HTC Desire601 dual sim、HTC Desire 501、HTC Desire 300。

董俊良指出，面對現在智慧機產業的2大趨勢，一是大螢幕手機時代來臨，二是中階高規格手機快速發展，宏達電規劃許多適合產品，提供所有用戶需求，包括5.9吋的One Max，因應4G高速上網，觀看影音的需求；以及Desire系列，提供齊全的中階產品線。

董俊良說，台灣是家鄉市場(Home market)，宏達電也會持續努力，希望能繼續得到台灣消費者的支持，董俊良說，如果台灣有舉辦手機界的金馬獎，「希望宏達電能囊括最佳男女主角」等獎項。

面對大陸紅米手機等低價機來襲，董俊良說，智慧機已進入相對成熟的市場，消費者重視智慧機能否創造不同的差異化，且宏達電與小米機的商業模式不同，宏達電具有完整產品線優勢，當然最終成果仍交由市場來決定。

市調機構指出，宏達電台灣市場10月市占表現下滑，董俊良回應，台灣智慧機市場總量固定，各品牌推出新機後的排名會有些微差異，宏達電認為，11月的市占會回溫，高階市占也希望能持續維持住，未來也會把One和蝴蝶機的市場經驗發揮在Desire系列。

彭淮南：台北實坪房價比日本更貴

捷運信義象山線開通，傳出台北市信義區出現每坪400萬元以上的天價豪宅案，央行總裁彭淮南住家在信義象山捷運線上，立委盧秀燕與林德福與都質疑「彭准南防線失守」。

彭淮南上午表示，北市便利的捷運讓民眾住到郊區有平抑房價的效果，但目前台灣房地產問題是北市實坪價格太高，他說日本友人說在日本買30坪可以住30坪，但在台灣買30坪只能住20坪，以實坪來算，台北房價恐怕比日本還高。未來希望透過廣闢捷運，提供更多價低、合宜住宅等方式來平衡供需。但他強調政府不是要打房，只是作風險控管而已。

彭淮南被電視媒體拍到出現在新開通的信義象山線捷運線上的大安森林公園站，立委認為彭淮南發揮過去常常實地察核房地產的精神，有考察信義線附近房價，目前有建設公司在信義D3喊出每坪400萬元的天價，是否已超越彭淮南的「底限」？彭淮南上午澄清，他每天早上在大安公園作晨運，開通當天有去看捷運，但不是去搭捷運，象山線目前還沒有坐過。

對於「彭淮南底限每坪400萬元」問題，彭淮南澄清房價是由市場供需決定，台北市因為交通比較方便，現在捷運會讓百姓住在郊外的地方，有助平抑房價，不能講每坪400萬元合不合理。現在台灣房地產的問題在於「很多東西不是實坪計算，若用實坪算是很貴，比日本還高。日本賣30坪住30坪但台灣要扣很多公設等，台北房價恐比日本還高。」400多萬是由市場供需決定，但政府立場不希望房價太高，最好是多開闢捷運、提供更多便宜的合宜住宅，並透過貸款成數、實價登錄等措許多條例來平衡。

但彭淮南說，「政府不是打房，房子好好的，幹嘛把它打掉，只是是作風險控管」。台灣房地產只是有些地方需要改進，彭淮南說，他的日本友人說，在日本買30坪可以住30坪，但在台灣買30坪只能住20坪，以實評來算，台北房價恐怕比日本還高，台灣房價所得比是偏高，不過彭准南強調，中央銀行管制上，在北市、新北市只有針對第二棟房子有6成貸款成數限制、高價位6千萬元限制，對於平價住宅並沒有貸款成數的限制。

台股開高走高 收漲47點

中央社 – 

（中央社台北27日電）台北股市今天開高走高，收盤上漲47.86點，為8295.88點，漲幅0.58%，成交金額新台幣734.08億元。

加權指數今天開盤為8287.63點，盤中最高8312.32點，最低8279.51點；不含金融股指數6942.43點，上漲43.33點。

八大類股漲跌幅為：泥窯股漲1.5%、食品股漲1.8%、塑化股漲0.9%、紡織股跌0.3%、機電股漲0.7%、造紙股漲0.2%、營建股跌0.4%、金融股漲0.3%。

委買張數845萬7367張，委賣張數760萬3779張，成交張數380萬4687張。

收盤時上漲2800家，下跌2140家，持平505家。

成交量前5名個股群創、友達、新日光、英業達、東森。

漲幅前5名個股F-麗豐、三福化、太極、茂矽、奕力。

跌幅前5名個股互億、愛山林、F-乙盛、大統染、海悅。 1021127

酪農協會 要求商周道歉澄清

針對《商業周刊》報導市售乳品含禁藥，酪農協會今(26)日表示，明天將會寄出存證信函給商周，若商周在收到後7天未給予正面回應，如公開道歉或對外澄清報導內容，協會不排除提告求償，或發動酪農帶牛包圍商周辦公室，不排除「潑牛糞」或「踩爛商周辦公室」。

中華民國酪農協會、中華民國乳業協會及台灣區乳品工業同業公會今天下午共同舉辦記者會，譴責商周報導不實，嚴重傷害酪農的聲譽。酪農協會常務理事顏志輝痛批，台灣只剩下18%的乳源了，商周現在毀掉酪農的命脈，「台灣酪農在這個產業還有意義嗎？台灣不需要奶嗎？」

對於報導十分氣憤的顏志輝表示，照商周的報導來看，是否連母乳都有問題，「因為可能也會驗到一些可疑的代謝物」。他認為，酪農這次已經表現得非常理性，但是商周必須儘快澄清報導內容，否則對於守住台灣18%乳源的500多位酪農非常不公平，也汙名化全台一年34萬多噸的生乳安全。

乳品公會專員陳政叡則說，從商周報導公開以來，4天內乳品銷售就掉了1200萬，甚至有的學校希望能停止供應鮮乳，幸好在政府複驗都過關後，乳品銷售有稍微回溫，但是商周仍必須給乳品業者一個交代。

酪農協會說，國內生乳的供應皆嚴格遵守國家規定，若商周覺得不夠，也可以與酪農對談，討論制定更高規格的法令，酪農也願意遵守。

酪農協會要求，商周及銘傳大學副教授陳良宇必須在收到存證信函7天內給出正面回應，包括道歉、澄清、對談等，否則一定會採取法律行動，也不排除以抗爭方式對付，例如將帶領酪農及牛隻包圍商周辦公室，向辦公室潑牛糞等。

至於乳業協會、乳品工業同業公會是否一同提告，陳政叡說，統一、味全、光泉等大廠還在評估損失，是否提告，還沒有決定。
