東海風雲急 大陸首艘航母下南海

大陸航空母艦遼寧號在四艘驅逐艦和護衛艦伴隨下，昨天啟程赴南海展開科研訓練，對風雲詭譎的東海形勢再添變數。

大陸第一艘航空母艦遼寧號昨率領四艘驅逐艦與護衛艦，首度南下南海進行訓練，此次航訓首次穿越釣魚台，且南下路線將可能穿越台灣海峽或是沖繩群島進入西太平洋。這是共軍繼日前宣布劃設東海防空識別區後，又一強勢行動，隱然對日本造成軍事壓力，東海緊張局勢將再度升高。

新華網昨報導稱，大陸第一艘航空母艦遼寧艦已從山東青島軍港解纜起航，在導彈驅逐艦瀋陽艦、石家莊艦，以及護衛艦煙台艦、濰坊艦的護航下，前往南海海域展開科研試驗和訓練；此次是遼寧艦交付海軍後，首次跨海區試驗和訓練，目的是檢驗遼寧艦裝備性能。

遼寧艦南下航線與訓練地點，大陸官方並未透露，但路線不外兩條，一是直接穿越台灣海峽，二是穿越沖繩群島經台灣東岸（西太平洋）轉巴士海峽。此兩條路線均途經釣魚台，外界認為是共軍繼日前宣布劃設東海防空識別區後，又一宣示釣魚台主權行動。

大陸新浪軍事解讀認為，東海經巴士海峽水道進入南海，必將穿越極為敏感的日本與那國島周邊海域或宮古海峽，採此方案將對日本造成直接軍事壓力。

〔自由時報記者蘇孟娟／台中報導〕台中家商四名學生放棄珍貴的畢業旅行，挑戰全國家事類科學生技藝競賽傳捷報，謝君育練習製作百件衣服磨技術，除在服裝製作中奪金外，另與「抽籤選手」再奪團體第二名，另有兩名學生包辦服裝設計及手工藝優勝。

家事類科技藝競賽 台中家商報捷

全國家事類學生技藝競賽沒有命題範圍，全憑學生高職三年累積的技術能力臨場應變，被選為儲訓選手的謝君育技術能力被看好，但她之前挑戰全國技能競賽國服組時，竟首輪就被淘汰，挫敗感讓她天天以淚洗面。

日前她再度替家商披掛上陣，挑戰全國家事類科學生技藝競賽，為避免遺憾，她賽前密集狂練縫製工法，指導老師廖慈純推出包含各式工法的百套服裝題目，她照單全收練習。扎實的訓練讓謝君育從垂墜摺的對稱度到領口內滾邊的技法獲得評審高度肯定，術科拿下幾近滿分的九十六分高分，順利奪金，更取得保送科大的資格。

至於抽籤選手趙佳儀賽前一個多月才被抽出需代表學校參賽，在謝君育協助下苦練，比賽前夕她特別練習不擅長的「千鳥摺」技術，竟幸運猜中題目，也讓她跟謝君育拿下團體第二名的佳績。

至於張育瑄挑戰需自己設計並製作出服飾的服裝設計組，雙重考驗難度高，也拿到優勝；賴冠婷則是挑戰家商首度報名手工藝組，沒有學姊經驗可參考下，仍拿到優勝，兩人均取得未來升學加分廿五％的優勢。

爭彰縣長提名 綠營戰成一團

民進黨明天晚上6點到10點30分進行下屆彰化縣長黨內初選電話民調，參選人把握最後兩天衝刺，有的質疑對手違反潛規則，有的報警調查宣傳看板失蹤，也有會勘工程、辦活動，頻頻出招提高能見度，競爭白熱化。

民進黨下屆縣長參選人立法委員魏明谷、彰化市長邱建富、縣黨部前主任委員江昭儀和現任主委陳進丁，放棄先前分組對比式民調，和前縣長翁金珠同時接受中央黨部前主席蔡英文協調，參加28日的黨內初選電話民調。

隨著民調日期接近，參選人的選舉語言愈見辛辣。昨天江昭儀點名高雄市長陳菊、台南市長賴清德，違反黨公職人員不宜介入黨內初選的潛規則，先後操作屏東縣、南投縣長黨內初選，現在又公開為魏明谷宣傳。他要求外來勢力退出民進黨彰化縣長初選，魏明谷下次再選。

魏明谷回應說，黨規沒禁止黨公職人員涉入黨內初選，陳菊、賴清德肯定他的服務政績，為他錄製宣傳帶、拍攝海報，向選民力薦好人才，並無不當。

陳進丁前天發現他的大型帆布看板換成邱建富，連忙報警調查。昨天陳進丁表示，看板不翼而飛，邱建富嫌疑最大，應對此事負責。邱建富說，他怕引起誤會，要市公所清潔隊人員不要拆選舉物品，過去陳進丁競選立委，他出力甚多，希望陳進丁查明真相，不要為了初選而失去友誼。

昨天翁金珠再度批評，她6年多前擔任彰化縣長任內的重大設施缺乏後續維護，當年遊客如潮水湧入，現在凋蔽冷清，觀光經濟收益下滑，民眾無法留在家鄉工作，失業率攀升。縣政府僅低調表示，選民6年多前已作選擇，翁金珠重彈舊調，選民恐怕興趣不大。

中國大陸劃設東海航空識別區引發美日抗議，外交部長林永樂昨天表示，中華民國政府這幾天都有和美、日保持聯繫和溝通，希望各界以和平對話的方式解決爭端，共同維護整個區域和平的穩定。

林永樂強調，中華民國會堅定維護主權，也會持續護漁行動；政府捍衛主權、維護漁權的立場堅定不變，不會因為大陸宣布防空識別區有所改變。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨要求馬政府應向中國表達嚴正抗議，也要和周邊國家合作共謀區域和平穩定。

民進黨政策會執行長吳釗燮也要求國軍在台灣東北海域、國防防空識別區內的戰機與軍艦巡弋，不應受到中國劃界影響，應以實際行動捍衛我國的主權與安全。

高志鵬說，馬政府應嚴正抗議中國蠻橫行為，最有效方式就是取消陳德銘訪台；如今馬總統只說遺憾，「為何當學生時保釣，當總統就不保釣？」

蘇貞昌說，區域和平與穩定是最高價值，相關當事國都不應違背；但中國崛起後卻一直利用各種作為破壞區域和平穩定，這是非常嚴重的行為。

農糧署抽檢市售米 8件挨罰

行政院農業委員會農糧署26日公布第三季市售食米檢驗結果，其中8件違規嚴重的產品，首度依9月新修正的「違反糧食管理法案件處分裁量作業要點」，直接裁罰各4萬元罰鍰，同時公布名單如下，金農米頂級金. 米-純台梗9號米；金農米良質精米；關山芋香益全香米；台糖有機米台（左禾右更）9號；台糖有機糙米；米道有機白米；鮮活有機糙米；山水鴨先知長糙米。

農糧署說，另有23件不符合標示及品質規格，均開具限期改正通知書；合計第三季共檢驗246件市售食米，合格率94%。

有爬過文章，不過好像沒有人分享 想請教看看有沒有人在南科漢民微測簽過契約職務的 小弟23y 在上禮拜四接到面試電話要我到南科廠面試 "生產製造-契約助理工程師" 主管在面試時有清楚的跟我說簽契約的原因 ，後來回家有跟家人講 ( 也在科技業上班 ) 家人和朋友是不建議，契約的職務無保障無福利，約滿也不一定能升正職 而我的想法是既然簽契約，如果到時覺得不OK離職也無所謂 ( 但是感覺這樣是浪費時間 ) 所以想問問各位版友的意見，謝謝 ! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.250.87

中石化如東建廠計畫先砸59億投資環己酮等產品

中石化(1314)董事會今（26）日決議，通過大陸南通如東投資計畫包括10萬噸粗苯加氫、15萬噸環己酮、5萬噸尼龍6等項目，第一階段預估投資額約59億元。該公司表示，為因應快速變化的市場，投資計劃將以階段性方式進行，首先便進行與CPL關聯性高的環己酮系列產品的投資。

中石化指出，在考量投資額、股東權益、市場環境、原料供應、下游產品去化、以及現有產品關聯等因素，決定優先推動與現有產品（CPL與AN）關聯性較高、風險較低的粗苯加氫、環己酮、尼龍6項目。盼望未來能快速在中國市場建立生產基地，並提升核心產品競爭力及增加獲利機會。

產能方面，中石化說明，該投資計劃包括10萬噸/年的粗苯加氫、15萬噸的環己酮、5萬噸的尼龍6，投資金額共約59億元。至於第二階段建廠投資規劃，據悉目前該公司內部作業已展開。
