《國際政治》陸防空識別區惹議，日政府：無效、不需配合

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日本內閣官房長官菅義偉周二召開記者會表示，中國新劃定的防空識別區無效，日籍航空公司無需向中國政府遞交新的飛行計畫。

中國新劃定的防空識別區涵蓋具有主權爭議的釣魚台列嶼（日本稱為尖閣列島）。菅義偉表示，中國此舉違反在公共空域自由飛行的國際法原則，日本政府要求中國取消此防空識別區的劃分。

此外，美國警告中國此舉將使東海緊張局勢升高，並重申一旦衝突發生美國將保護日本的承諾。美國國防部表示，美方絕不會遵守中國新劃定的防空識別區，亦不會為此改變原有的飛航作業。
