散戶告券商 大陸第一樁

發生在今年8月16日光大證券的錯單烏龍交易案，導致股市行情急漲急跌，經中國證監會裁定是內線交易後，不甘損失的散戶投資人對光大銀行提出告訴，並獲上海市人民幣法院受理承辦，成為大陸證券史上，第一樁因內線交易，導致散戶告券商的案例。

第一位提出告訴的散戶投資人，索賠9,341.87元人民幣（下同），開庭時間待定。上海市第二中級人民法院2日已受理這樁內線交易的糾紛案。據指出，目前僅山東濟南就有10多位投資人欲向光大證券索賠。報導指出，光大證券8月16日下午，將所持股票轉換為180ETF（指數股票型基金）與50ETF並賣出，及賣出股指期貨空頭合約IF1309、IF1312，共計6,240張，被認定構成內線交易行為。
