【能源盤後】美油儲降 油價漲

（中央社台北2013年12月5日電）西德州中級原油價格勁揚至5週高點，因美國油儲11週來首見下滑。

美國公布上週原油庫存縮減559萬桶，超過彭博社訪調分析師估計值10倍。煉油廠使用率攀升至9月以來最高峰。

此外，加拿大輸油管公司（TransCanada Corp.）計畫展開「基石XL」油管（Keystone XL pipeline）輸運石油至墨西哥灣沿岸，也導致西德州原油價揚。

佛州Energy Analytics Group LLC.董事芬隆（TomFinlon）指出：「原油庫存終於下降，這本來是煉油率攀升就該發生的。」「基石油管消息影響很大，將持續對布倫特原油與西德州中級原油價差帶來重大影響。」

紐約商品交易所1月交割西德州中級原油期貨價格上漲1.16美元或1.2%，每桶收97.20美元，為10月29日以來最高收盤價位。

倫敦1月交割布倫特原油期貨價格下跌0.74美元或0.7%，每桶收111.88美元。布倫特原油與西德州中級原油價差拉近至每桶14.68美元。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
