美年輕人服搖頭丸送醫多

（中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭2013年12月4日專電）美國物質濫用暨精神衛生防治局（SAMHSA）公布最新研究報告指出，美國年輕人因使用俗稱「搖頭丸」的MDMA，結果被送醫急救的案例，近幾年呈現大幅增加。

亞甲基雙氧甲基安非他命（MDMA）為一種中樞神經興奮劑，具有迷幻作用，俗稱「搖頭丸」、「快樂丸」，是經常遭到濫用的禁藥。

SAMHSA指出，從2005年至2011年之間，全美21歲以下年輕人因為服用MDMA引發健康問題，結果被送急診的案例，從每年4460例增加到10176例。

SAMHSA行為健康統計及質量中心（Center forBehavioral Health Statistics and Quality）主任戴雷尼（Peter Delany）指出，MDMA會影響人體中的血清素（serotonin），濫用結果將造成憂鬱、錯亂、妄想、焦慮與睡眠失調。

戴雷尼表示，年輕族群因為使用MDMA而被緊急送醫的案例迅速增加，令人感到憂心，尤其當MDMA與酒精混合使用時，會讓已經酒醉者誤以為自己非常清醒，容易發生危險。
