《產業》咖啡飄香，前5大連鎖達593店

【時報記者王可鑫台北報導】經濟部統計出公布最新資料顯示，由於飲料業持續開發新品及展店效應，飲料業營業額由96年之350億元升至101年之409億元，多呈逐年上升趨勢，今年前10月飲料業營業額為367億元，亦較去年同期增加7.9%，其中隨著生活方式的改變，國人飲用咖啡人口及頻率日漸升高，帶動咖啡連鎖店逐年增加，根據餐飲產業情報資料顯示，截至10月底，我國前5大連鎖咖啡店總營業店數為593店，較96年底淨增加135店。

經濟部表示，國內咖啡需求大多仰賴進口，咖啡豆進口值由96年4303萬美元逐年增加，且在100年突破1億美元關卡，今年前10月進口值為8513萬美元，亦較去年同期增加0.7%，顯示國人對咖啡的需求續升；累計前10月我國咖啡豆進口量為18,407公噸，其中生豆進口16,023公噸，占8成7，熟豆2384公噸。
