半夜拿槍打飛鼠 逮4人扣5槍

宜蘭縣礁溪派出所員警吳清海、姜成敏昨天凌晨到五峰旗山區巡邏時聽到槍響，兩人機警，關閉警示燈，摸黑上山，查獲吳姓男子等4人，分持5把土製獵槍打飛鼠，昨天依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例，將嫌犯移送宜蘭地檢署。

礁溪警方將獵槍送驗，初步檢視槍枝構造完整，具有殺傷力；5支土製獵槍中，3支是吳姓及林姓男子去年12月，在苗栗向他人以每支1萬元購得，1支是徐姓男子的舅舅遺留下來，還有1支是另名吳姓男子自製，4人都被送辦。

警方表示，吳清海、姜成敏兩名員警昨天凌晨在山區巡邏，突然聽到槍響，隱約看見燈光照射，兩警認為相當可疑，先通報請求支援警力，關掉警示燈，摸黑上山，現場除了查獲5支土製獵槍，還起出鋼珠51顆、底火18顆及2根通槍條，並有1隻死亡的大赤鼯鼠。
