《產業》前9月專利申請，鴻海、蘋果稱王

【時報記者王可鑫台北報導】經濟部公布最新資料顯示，今年1-9月我國受理之發明專利件數年減2.0%，其中本國人及外國人各減3.2%及1.1%，本國法人以鴻海 (2317) 的2078件穩居龍頭，緯創 (3231) 的321件居次；外國法人以蘋果的349件稱霸年增53.1%，三星則以311件居次，增幅高達137.4%。

經濟部表示，我國在海外申請專利多集中於世界五大專利局(IP5)，主要向中國大陸與美國申請居多數，2012年我國向中國大陸申請計23,349件，向美國申請件數20,270件，各增2.9%、3.2%，向韓國申請件數1219件，增幅22.1%最大，布局最為積極，向歐洲申請件數則轉呈負成長5.1%。

若和國際比較，中國專利局於2011年發明專利申請案件首次超越美國，且於2012年突破60萬件，增幅達24.0%，顯示中國龐大消費市場吸引各國在中國積極布局；美國年增7.8%，韓國年增5.6%，歐洲年增4.0%，日本終止連續6年負成長，年增0.1%，我國金融海嘯後呈逐年上升趨勢。
